Came to get my ankle checked with my 2 year old. The receptionist was friendly, x Ray tech was friendly, and so was the doctor. They were helpful with my little one since I didn't have anyone to watch him, and we're respectful towards me and my care. I'm grateful they were able to see me so quickly as a walk in and help me get the answers I was looking for

In April and August 2023, I was visiting family in Ozark. I am from Massachusetts. I needed medical care both visits and the staff at Prime Med were amazing, the care, treatment and understanding of my issue was heartwarming. The pharmacist was an extension of their wonderful care.

Yes, you will have a bit of a wait. However, Dr. Roberts and NP Kamesha Moultry make it ALL worth it. They actually LISTEN to patients, and you can tell they care. Kamesha did more for me at my last appt than any doctor has done in 7 years. I now have referrals to the specialists I need to see, and for physical therapy. She made me feel validated and hopeful. I highly recommend both her and Dr. Roberts.

Dr Kenneth Roberts was my Physician until I moved away . . He is certainly the best in Ozark. During my first exam he diagnosed me with AFib. My new cardiologist agreed and I was given the proper medication. His staff is friendly and they treated me like family.

I rated Prime Med 5 stars due to the fact that I experienced a wonderful visit. The staff is very nice and caring. Dr. Roberts is an excellent doctor. He makes sure the patient is well taken care of and that their needs are met.

I am extremely pleased by the care I received from Ms. Moultry, the Nurse Practioner. She works dilgently to resolve your health concerns.
She is very knowledgeable, thorough and patient. Most importantly, she listens to you. She is a very valuable member of the Prime Med Team!

I've been seeing Dr Roberts at Prime Med for about 7 years and wouldn't change for anything, they are polite, helpful, and all around wonderful, hope this helps anyone looking for a good Dr and staff. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Prime med has the most amazing doctors office i have ever been too. The doctors there really care about their patients and their well being.

Very clean and the staff is very nice. I do think that they are forgetful of their patients- at least me. Every time I come, I end up sitting in a room for an hour or two. When I ask someone if anybody will be seeing me soon, the staff is always surprised that no one has seen me yet! Their service is great- just wish I wasn’t forgotten about so often.

Dr Robert's and Dr Khan are very thorough and do listen when you tell them what's going on. The wait time though is ridiculous. I could understand it if I was a walk in, but waiting over two hours past appointment time to be called back, then another hour for the doctor to come in is ridiculous. Most of the nurses are great. There's one that will go question the doctor after he sends to them to run a test to make sure it's needed and you're not wasting her time.
