Dale Medical Center

I had an unexpected emergency on our way back from Tuscaloosa this past Sunday. I was going to try and make it to the local hospital in Dothan, but due to the pain l was experiencing, fever and shakes, l knew l couldn't make it. My wife went to the Dale Co Medical Center. This was by far the best decision of my life. The Er staff took me right in and started checking out everything, fluids, getting my medical info, and such. Shortly after that, I got a Mri and saw my appendix was about to burst,causing my pain,fever, and shakes. This is a long story,but to get to the point. I can not say enough about the Er folks in the emergency room, the night nurses and staff,the day nurses, and staff enough. Dr. Guy, the anthezoligist was absolutely great. BUT MY BIGGEST APPRECIATION AND THANKS GO TO DR. CONSTANTINE. THIS MAN SAVED MY LIFE, PERIOD. I would not have received this type of care or attention anywhere else. Thank you Dr C, there aren't enough words to express my gratitude and appreciation for all you and your team did for me.

I have worked at this hospital for about 4 years before I left at new day and helped out at stat med. They have always treated me and my family well. After having covid this month I went to South East who did nothing for me, as a employee there I was very disappointed on how I was treated and the manner of the er staff. I got a call from dale medical about the covid antibodies infusion they were doing. Dale set me and my whole family up for the next day no questions asked. I knew I was dehydrated I have a adult son with downs syndrome who went in with me who was very sick. They were great with him and I can not say enough about the staff doing the infusion. They were awesome. Poor Jimmy did his best not to hurt me when starting my iv. The whole team was great. Thank you so much for again taking great care of me and my family. You guys were awesome. Dale medical will always be considered my family.

Went in on Sunday morning with ridiculous pain in my right side. I thought it was my appendix but turned out to be a kidney stone. My Dr. my nurses and my techs were truly the best I've ever had. I've never experienced such healthcare. They treated me like they genuinely cared that I was uncomfortable and in pain. I was probably crying and screaming so loud they all had raging headaches dealing with me but they never treated me that way if I was. I have been in the ER many times in my life and never felt so fortunate to have ended up in one. Thank ya'll from the bottom of my heart Ashley, Ginger and Dr. Adamcryk!

Dr. S. Watts, a surgeon here, treated my wife and recently myself. She is an excellent doctor and she is friendly and easy to talk with.

I had to have a procedure done here and was in and out very quickly.. I'll be back if i ever have anything else done

Long wait time.

The experience we encounter at Dale Medical was poor & extremely unpleasant. Dr Constantine was extremely unprofessional and displayed inappropriate behavior for a physician & surgeon. My father was taking to the emergency rm and needed to have gall bladder surgery. My father has many health issues including dementia. Since my mother & I was out of town she had to be called & informed on what was going on with my father. The R rated tone & words spoken to my mother by this Dr. was extremely disgusting behavior. This Dr. refused to transfer my father at my mother's first request but after Dale Medical realized they were not equipped to handle his major healthcare needs then (3 days later) he was transferred to his physician to complete medical treatment. Today my fathers' mental health condition is worse due to the medication, care received at Dale medical + the reaction he had to the medication. To others BEWARE of the low quality services you will receive! if you have insurance the only goal is to make money off you & not provide you with top quality care needed! Dr. Constantine owes my family especially my mother an apology!

My daughter went into the detox part of the hospital they did no drug testing did not search bags she stayed 5 days came out worse than when she went in very disappointed

Even the grounds are unkempt! The Walking trail around the pond looks like a swamp
