VIP Dry Cleaners & Alterations

This place was amazing! My son’s fiancée bought a previously-worn, designer wedding gown on an auction website. The dress was beautiful but needed altering and cleaning. I said I’d take care of it, not knowing it would take on a life if its own. As it turns out, most places that clean wedding gowns do it after the ceremony in a “clean & preserve “ capacity, which is VERY different from “clean and wear.” There are only 7 places that do it locally and 6 of them must use the same facility because they all quoted “months” and $300+ before I could get the dress back. I was looking at places in an adjacent state when I found VIP Cleaners. They cleaned the dress beautifully in 6 days!! I was amazed and delighted. I live 40 minutes from them and they even stayed open a little late (I got stuck in Friday go-home traffic) so I could pick it up without making a second trip. The dress has a 6’ train and lots of under layers. I paid $250 which, as I know now, turns out to be a bargain. I cannot recommend them more highly!! They are fast, efficient, detail oriented, friendly and well-priced. I’m so glad I found them!

The proprietors (Mr and Mrs Lee) could not be nicer or more welcoming. In spite of language differences, they are clearly appreciative of our business and treat my family like family. Especially my youngest son. They know him by name and ask about him regularly. We followed them from their previous location and they continue to treat us just as well. They are the perfect example of immigrants living the "American Dream". Please consider utilizing this business for any of your dry cleaning or alteration needs. We haven't regretted it for over 14 years.

i have had vip cleaners do my cleaning for over 3 yrs now and they never disappoint. recently i had some dress slacks altered and they did a fantastic job. they were even able to get methyl blue chaffing fluid out of a pair of my white slacks. you can go somewhere cheaper but you will get what you pay for. treat these people well and with patience theyll treat you like gold!

Absolutely the best experience I’ve ever had with dry cleaners. They completely removed all dirt stains from my wedding dress! 10/10!!!!!

I have been going to see Mr. and Mrs. Lee for over ten years. Their service and exceptional skills have made me a life long customer. Recently Mr. Lee altered my entire suit and I could not have been happier. It fit perfectly and I could not tell where he added fabric. I strongly recommend this establishment as a regular customer.

Really excellent dry cleaner. I had a "mystery" stain in my nicest suit that they were able to remove perfectly. Quick and reasonable prices.

I was a weekly customer at VIP since they opened in 1990. I was a repeat customer because of the excellent service and workmanship offered by Mr and Mrs Lee. They never disappointed in the maintenance of my business attire. I’m retired now and continue to periodically use VIP because of their 5 star service

I have a silk blouse that had some serious oil stains. I thought it was ruined for sure. I took it to VIP Cleaners. They not only got the oil stains out but it looks like new. I would highly recommend them

I stopped by this place because I had a nasty detergent stain on my pants. This place took my pants and got rid of the stain. Customer service was superb, and everything was quick. The pants are restored, and it looks brand new. Perfection

I brought in a Jos A Bank suit jacket that had motor oil on it. Vip cleaners did an amazing job cleaning it. You can't even tell that there was ever oil on it. I will be switching to VIP Cleaners for good❤

I brought my heavy winter coat in covered in old stains and didn’t have high hopes for anyone being able to get them out since it covered about 60% of the coat, and they got it ALL out for only $30, they are very nice people and also very talented.
