Larry and his staff are great! Very accommodating, and I think genuinely look out for the best interest of their clients. I've never felt the stereotypical insurance salesman push to sell me something I didn't want or need. Most recently spent time reviewing my insurance coverage with Bri. She took the time to verify that my policies were accurate and sufficient, as well as answer my questions without "keeping an eye on the clock" at the end of the day. I am a customer of Larry Thein State Farm Insurance so I already know that he and his staff are a great group of people and serve their customers well but they recently went above and beyond what you would expect of your insurance agent. My niece has life insurance on herself and 2 of 3 sons through Larry. Due to medical conditions she was not able to get insurance on 3rd son. Larry and staff were able to find life insurance for him with a different company. How many agencies care that much about their customers? We have had Larry as our insurance agent for years and years. Even through all the goofy car things and accidents that have happened over the years they have been super nice and so accommodating. We have had nothing but positive experiences with them! Great people! They even have an adorable loveable dog now too!

I have been a customer with Larry and Briane for any years. Recently we had an auto accident claim. Larry was the first person I called. From the second the process started until the very end we had amazing customer service. This could’ve been a very stressful situation but they made this process sooooo easy!!!
