We love shopping at Von Maur. It's the perfect place to buy a gift. They will ship it for you too. Or you can have it wrapped. They will also give you the wrapping paper to go. They have amazing sales. I can't remember which days they do markdowns.

Bought a new suit, the sales person Jordan was great, has good ideas and knows what works for you!

I needed a last minute suit for an interview and Wendy C. was amazing. She helped me quickly and pulled different pieces and sizes for me, checked on me, and said when she picks a suit for someone, they usually get the job ;). Thank you for your wonderful help Wendy!

Their customer service is wonderful! My grandchildren & I came in from Dillard’s (they were horrible) to find a graduation dress & shoes. Upon entering the store we were greeted & kindly taken care of. They went above & beyond. We walked out with a dress, shoes, & a few other things because being there we felt welcomed so we shopped around more than needed.

What may I say about Von Maur? Approachable and knowledgable staff, amazing product choice, and free gift wrap, Jackpot!

What a lovely store with a great selection. They carry many different brands, and also some very nice, higher end brands. Quality is far better than something cheap from Kohls that fades on thr 1st wash and will barely last a season. Pay a little more for a lot better quality. Shop their great sale stuff, and you've hit the jackpot!

The Lady in the purse and wallet section was extremely helpful in helping select the appropriate xmas gift. The free gift wrapping was an excellent addition to the purchase. The ladies wrapping were really nice too!

I went in to find something for my niece for her birthday. Elizabeth was the young lady working in the department that night. She was super helpful, walking me around showing me different options. I ended up finding the perfect item.

This is a wonderful store. On the upscale side but not stuffy. Clothing, jewelry, and other merchandise. Name brands; Fossil, Michael Kors, and others. Well stocked and bargains can be found. Their "no interest" store credit card is a BIG plus! Also friendly and helpful staff.

The best service I've ever had was at the Bobbie Brown cosmetic counter. Emily was so helpful and patient with me. She found the exact right color for me. Emily was very knowledgeable about the products she sells, which made my experience better than I could have hoped.

This is a fine store. A men's store and a lady's store. Also, home furnishings. It has high quality merchandise. They tailor items in store. It will not be as inexpensive as the major big box stores, to be expected. But, like my girlfriend said the slacks she found will be used for many dressy events. I'm actually surprised these stores are still around, but glad it was!

I rated it 5 stars not because I ever buy stuff here. I'm not a very spend happy person. But every time I get anxious at the mall from crowds of people and too much caffeine, I listen to their piano player.

I'm now conditioned that if I need a soothing place to slow my heartbeat down, I sit and listen in this store.
The atmosphere and the piano, it's naturally soothing.

Always top notch service. I believe the clerk who helped me was Sophia ( Sorry if I'm way off) she steamed my shirt as I shopped. Very helpful. Have never been disappointed in the service I get at our local Von Maur stores.

Best customer service out of anywhere in the Quad Cities. Interest-free charge card, free gift wrap, and no charge on simple alterations like hemming, waists, and simple sports coat adjustments. Also, some of the nicest employees I have ever come across.

Seriously, though, Von Maur treats everyone like royalty. Other stores should learn from them.
