Quality Inn & Suites Davenport near I-80

Superb service, friendly staff, clean and quiet. Staff went above and beyond, we were very impressed. Place is older and some features are lacking such as extra locks on the room doors. They have definitely not allowed the place to run down, I would generally expect things to be more worn and dirty for the age, so again, I'm very impressed. Everything was clean, including the rubber bath mat.

The service was excellent and the rooms and hotel were super clean. All the team members and Mike the owner were super friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast was delicious and had a variety of food. Amy was kind to make me plain scrambled eggs. I would highly recommend this hotel for the excellent service, food, and location.

This was the friendliest hotel we have ever stayed in. All the staff treated us like family. There was a big soccer tournament in town. The owner told us he would go try to find us a room far away from all of the commotion. Which he did. We had a nice quiet stay in a very clean, comfortable room. The food was phenomenal. Never had such great food at a hotel.

Great stay here, and will definitely stay here again when I'm in the area. Mike, the owner, was friendly and personable. He clearly cared about each guest being comfortable and happy with their stay.
Hotel was clean and very well maintained. No funky odors. Outside area felt safe and was clean and well maintained. Hot breakfast, including an egg, sausage, & cheese casserole, waffle maker, and biscuits & gravy, was ample. A friendly but unobtrusive attendant kept the area well-stocked and clean.

I was traveling through doing a rescue dog transport. I greatly appreciate that dogs were permitted in this hotel. There was ample green space to walk my dogs, and the area was quiet. No heavy traffic to frighten the dogs.

Will definitely stay here again when I'm passing through the area.

Mike and the staff here are gracious and very kind. They were all very helpful and personable. The rooms are spacious and clean. Will definitely stay here again if passing through the Davenport area!

QUALITY INN & SUITES:
I spent this week with Mike Jhala and his staff at this hotel. I was in town for training and we had some snow come through. Mr. Jhala made sure that my car was cleaned off from the snow every morning. The breakfast was top notch every morning. The rooms were spotless! Anything I needed they didn't hesitate to help. Very knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend making this the place you stay when you are in Davenport, Iowa. I'm beyond thrilled with my stay and the readiness of the staff to go above and beyond for me. Thank you Mike!

I had to find a Hotel last minute on Monday evening as a breakdown with my Semi Truck on Monday left it in a shop overnite
Called and got Mike ( The Owner ) Mike is very friendly and reserved me a room for when I could get there. On arriving Mike checked me in himself. Nice travel Hotel
Room was very clean and Hot Breakfast included.. Quiet location and restaurants close by
If im in need of a Hotel again in the Quad City area it ll be my first choice

The entire hotel was more than expected. From the reception area, to the room, to the breakfast. Mike went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and the breakfast was tasty. If I'm ever traveling through Davenport again I know where I'm stopping.

Had a short but excellent stay here. Mike was incredibly pleasant and helpful right off that bat, and the room was clean and cozy.

This place was awesome. The manager was great and all the staff was friendly and helpful!! I can’t say enough good things about this place. We have a unique situation and they came through for us!!!

We checked In at 1:30 am and the staff was amazing very friendly. Which is a problem I run into a lot this early/ late in the day. Place was crazy clean. Wish the breakfast had more options but still enuf to satisfy will definitely will stay again the lady that booked us in deserves a raise for how friendly, she was!!

Very clean rooms with great staff. Easy to find location just off the freeway. Just far enough to be quiet. Everybody there is very friendly and helpful. The checking was fast and friendly. My room was very clean and the bed nice and comfortable. I had to get up before breakfast, but the night clerk made sure I had coffee for my trip. I forgot my watch in my room, and I contacted the manager Shaun later. He was very helpful in arranging having it mailed back to me. It appears to me that Shaun leads by example in great customer service, and his people do the same

Came down from Hartford Iowa to see family Then off to Savana. This place was an amazing experience. Mike at the front desk was super nice and most helpful. Bob on the overnight was just as friendly. Tucked back off the road made for a beautiful sunrise over the trees. Breakfast was amazing as well as the lady at the front desk (sorry didn't catch your name) I will be back in the area often and will be staying nowhere else! Rooms are clean and smell great. Very Peaceful. And I feel safe leaving my motorcycle in the parking lot.

Good price. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Clean room. Would definitely recommend.

Another stay, another review….We’ve stayed at this Quality on Brady street a few times on our way to visit our son in Cincinnati and always come back when we pass through the Quads. Guess what,..it’s still not brand new and we had an excellent stay. We stayed here on Friday 4-5-2024. Bed was very comfortable, soft towels, and little toiletries. Our room AND the bathroom was very clean. Hubby is the expert on hotel breakfasts and he had eggs, biscuits and gravy. Looked like enough other variety to satisfy taste buds. I’m a yogurt, cheerios, and coffee person. Checkin gal was very friendly and was also checking me out in the morning. Very nice! They also had a pool. Didn’t use it, but looked to be well maintained. Internet worked well in my room, that I had done a little streaming. The hotel was quiet and didn’t hear any banging doors. Great stay!

We stayed at this Quality in Davenport on 8-18-22. It was a great choice. It's not "Brand New" like some people prefer but we are not afraid to stay at older hotels. It was everything a person can look for....extra friendly people, easy checkin and out, rooms were clean, comfortable, shower PRESSURE and HOT water were EXCELLENT!! Breakfast was everything...cereal, pancakes, sausage, scrambled eggs, yogurt, etc!! Our room was at the end of the hall so assumed our internet would be a little iffy, but to our surprise it was fast and right on. Our room charge was $95 before taxes. Why stay at new hotels for $200 + ??? We travel from Nebr. to Cincinnati often to see our son and his family. This Quality will be put on our list of places to stay along our route. Thank you!!

While it's not the fanciest hotel, it is clean, the breakfast is great, the amenities are fantastically maintained and the customer service is fantastic! Way to go Mike! We appreciated our stay and will stay again!

Our stay was very comfortable.
We arrived a bit late in the evening with no dinner. We received excellent advice on where to find a quick meal. I left an item behind which had been turned into the desk. Two days after departing, I realized what had happened and contacted Jerrod . Shaun went to great lengths to return my item and I am so thankful.

I felt like when I was picking a hotel this was 50/50. Absolutely glad I chose them. Clean and quiet. Service animal and pet friendly. Got a 2 queen bed room. Was very clean. Didn't smell. Everything worked and not broken. Access to the heated indoor pool. Was nice they had towels in there to use, and a bathroom. The pillows were phenomenal almost took them home.😁 Had a great few days. Highly recommended. Will definitely stay again!
