About a year ago, I was driving and got a flat tire on my way to a funeral. I was having difficulties changing the tire, when a nice man pulled over to help me out. It was Adam Moody. He was so nice and informed me that he sold cars at Davenport Used Car Superstore. I told him because he helped me out when he didn’t have to, I’d one day come to him for a vehicle. Here I am now! Very impressed with how i was treated at McGrath.

I came in looking for an SUV due to a recent total that happened with my vehicle. Adam Moody helped me out, got my approval and showed us vehicles that worked for it. I fell in love with a 18 Compass and set my heart on it being my next new ride. Turned out some errors on their end should have prevented me to not be able to get the vehicle. Instead of making me purchase something different, they sold me the vehicle i originally fell in love with, even though it lost money for their company. I thank Adam, as well as Ethan, for not only doing the right thing, but making the process as enjoyable as possible. I recently took my Jeep in to have a leak fixed in my radiator and work done on the front brakes. I am always impressed by the kindness of their service girl Stephanie and attention to detail. I got a text the next day with videos and pictures of my Jeep with the issues that they found. What a great way of understanding and seeing first hand of the repairs needed. The Jeep handled great and even a noise coming from the engine was gone. Kudos to the McGrath service team !
