I had a fantastic experience with Sammy who is part of Kate Elder’s team! Her customer service is top-notch. She was incredibly helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable. She took the time to understand my needs and found the perfect coverage for me at a great price. I highly recommend Kate Elder and her team to anyone looking.

I have had no bad experiences with this company and Kate elder! She has always listened, understand, and caring. She has helped me go thru an accident that wasn’t my fault and helped me each step I had. And State Farm has always been so easy to use in the app. And to call the help line for anything I needed. I have been a State Farm customer for about I believe 3 years now I believe. I recommend using Kate if you ever need to switch to State Farm or a better agent. She’s always been there for me when I needed to or had a question.

Our agent, Connie, has gone - what can only be described as - “above and beyond”. In her friendly, approachable, and patient way, she explains the nuances of home and auto insurance so even I can understand! She’s available via email and phone which is super-convenient!
The State Farm apps are intuitively navigable, and -very importantly- the costs for the coverage are fair. In fact, compared to our former insurance coverage, with State Farm, we are paying less for more!

I’ve called the office a couple of times over the last few months expressing my concern over my car premiums raising significantly. I started comparing other companies although, I’ve been with Kate a very long time. I didn’t feel like anyone seemed to care. Last week when I purchased a new car, I spoke to Connie and asked for my declaration pages. Connie asked if she could look into my concerns and follow up with me in a couple of days. Today, Katlynn has been following up with me, giving me different options and saved a customer. Although, the car premium is a little higher than competitors, the house insurance was a better rate once we ironed out the details. I feel like Katlynn dug deep into all 6 of my vehicle policies and cared. As a customer service manager for almost 20 years, Connie’s ear and initiative and Katlynn’s drive is what is retaining me as a customer. Thank you ladies!
