Pork Cutlets were great Aisha (AKA Shelby 😁😁)great waitress. Connie greats regulars by their name and that’s a lot of names to remember. Prices are great and portions are large and get bread with each entree. Can’t beat this place. Glad the original owners Monette & Connie are back. Highly recommend for breakfast and lunch or early dinner they close at 3 pm

Was SUPER excited last year when I found out Magnet and Connie, the original owners, we taking it back. I knew things would turn around, I was not disappointed. Not only did they fix EVERYTHING that was wrong, they remembered my whole family.

We had wonderful service and one of the best hamburgers we've ever eaten. Their desserts were amazing and the owner is super sweet and accommodating. They are really focusing on keeping things clean and sanitized between customers. Top notch home cooking!

I've never had any staff not smile and say good morning. Best biscuits and gravy next to my mom's! Breakfast is best and the price is more than affordable to take the whole family!

very pleasant people, I am always served with a smile, the owners Mehmet and Connie are wonderful along with their daughter, Aisha are the best. I go to restaurants all the time and they know how to treat their customers like family. I will always eat here as long as they manage and run the business. The best restaurant in the county. Please come out here and give it another try since the original owners are back. Forget about the previous, bad experience with previous owners, you will not regret the wonderful experience here with the original owners.

I just came and had lunch. I had the chicken tenders, they were amazing. I loved the bread that came with the meal. I will most definitely come back and try some more of their food. The atmosphere is great. Most importantly, AISHA was an exceptional waitress. She was the best I ever had. When you come please ask her to be your waitress, you will not regret it. Vedy personal and attentive and friendly. This is the best restaurant in town, and Madison County.

Aisha & Connie are the main reason that i dine at this restaurant twice a week.

This place has awesome food. We just wish it would keep one name and menu. I fully understand that is not the owners fault and we truly wish them great luck! Wood River Diner is the new name, I do believe.

From one small family owned business to another, the Mama Mia's owners and staff always go above and beyond. This restaurant has quickly became our family favorite and they definitely set the bar for making you feel like family each and every time you step in to their business. The food is delicious and the service is top notch! Don't sleep on this one, go check them out!

great food and great people, prices are more than fair and the selection is fairly vast as well. Everyone is friendly and courteous and they are dedicated to giving you the best experience possible. Aisha is one of the best severs i've ever had and Connie is the most gracious host you could ever hope for.

I haven't found a meal I don't love here. Mama Mias makes the best breakfast, has awesome burgers and the Alfredo sauce has me addicted! The service and cheap prices are unbeatable. You truly feel like family when you eat here.

It is no longer called Mama Mia's. Wood River Diner is the new name under new ownership. The food is great the people are very kind and nice. Good place to go to and relax and enjoy your meal.

Staff are polite, attentive, and service is incredible. My family eats here every Sunday morning. Prices are hard to beat and the portions are large. Love this place!

Have been here many times, but usually for breakfast. You can't beat the choices and prices at Mama Mia's for breakfast. Today I went for lunch and had the Frisco salad with their house made Ranch and it was one of the best salads I'd ever had. If you've been in the past and were disappointed, give it another try. They are under new management.

This is by far the best locally owned little restaurant in the area. The service is exceptional, food is fantastic, very clean and reasonably priced. Love the atmosphere of a small cafe. Connie, the owner and her daughter Aisha makes it so enjoyable to visit.

Since the original owner took the place back it is thriving. The food is amazing. The service is outstanding. My family adores it here. We will be back. We recommend that you try it! They even provide drive through and carryout services.

This place has exceeded my expectations the last 2 times I have been there.. Service was phenomenal, no exaggeration. Food was on POINT and all at prices I would expect to be much higher. Family favorite by far. I recommend this place over any fast food restaurant.

Had an excellent meal! Appetizer sampler was the best we ever had, each with their own distinct breading. The BEST mushrooms from anywhere! All 5 meals were hot and tasty. Everyone left happy and satisfied with to-go boxes in hand. To top it all off, didn't break the bank😀
