David was absolutely awesome! He went above and beyond to help me. I came in after purchasing a gift for my dad online. David flagged the fact that the tool did not come with a battery. He canceled the order and allowed me to purchase the tool in the store with the battery. Then, he wrapped the gift for me.

I have never met someone so nice to go above and beyond and to demonstrate this much kindness. I am truly grateful and thankful for having such an encounter with him. I did not expect this at all. To top it all off, everyone was so friendly to me! Customer service is top notch.

I was looking for grills and asked Manny if he would call someone in this department. Without hesitation he said I can help you. He spent about 15 to 20 minutes with answered all my questions and found all the attachments for the grill. Thanks for having a great staff including your front counter employees..

I visited the store when my sump pump suddenly died & I was in need of immediate assistance. Manny helped me chose a new pump, and when I inquired about the Handyman service advertised in the storefront window, and I mentioned my basement was in danger of flooding & I needed quick assistance, Manny said he could come to my home within the hour & replace it. I was so grateful, and he was amazing!!! He saved me time compared to how long a plumping service would have arrived, and was very professional & helpful. I cannot say enough nice things about him, his service, and my satisfaction with Ace's Handyman service. Thank you Manny!!!!

The staff are very friendly and understanding they helped me with my shower neck problem, my brother broke the neck handle and I used a nut to replace the handle, and they didn't even charge me for the two nuts they gave me, and they smiled at me and wished me a Merry Christmas before I left, god bless'em.

Rented a U-Haul pick up from here, and they were very kind and helpful throughout. Very much made a stressful situation better, I will be back here if I need to rent again!

Update: I did end up going back, this time I had to rent a box truck. It was a completely different experience, but it was rectified to my satisfaction, even though I wish it had been better from the beginning. Talked to Bob after the fact, and he was very helpful. If I do rent again, it will definitely be the pickup and not the box truck. Because of the willingness to help me out after the issues, I stand by the 5 stars.

The staff is amazing... Went in there with a stripped screw on my dyson stick vacuum. Three staff members including the manager Manny spent almost two hours to get it fixed.

Shop there on a regular basis and will continue

I went in today to find a battery for my key fob for my truck. I was a little lost in there but I was helped out quickly by a sweet individual, Joe . He showed me where I can find the batteries in the future and even offered to switch out the battery for me. Super simple, and quick. And the cashier, I didn’t catch her name, but she was a hoot! Made me laugh until I left the store.

Great customer service!!! I called from out of town to have a Blackstone grill delivered for a birthday present. They made the process really enjoyable. Thx to Patty, Bob and the others that I've forgotten their names for making this possible. The grill got delivered on time and works flawlessly as I've been told. Delivery driver also went the extra yard by moving the grill to where she wanted. Thank you to the entire staff at Ace Norridge for making thipossible. I'd give more stars if I could Thanks again.

This location lives up to the helpful hardware staff. Most of the time they will approach you when you have that “I have no idea where to find what I’m looking for look”! They have an excellent inventory and The items I am looking for are never sold out. They have lots of stock!

Everyone with a smile, noticed the manager Mellissa taking the time to listen to each question and understand what was being asked. I waited my turn. She was extremely helpful and had a warming smile. Very well run store!

The guys at this Ace Hardware store were fantastic! I came with some rusted out bolts on a car I was trying to buy and they methodically gave advice and showed me each tool we needed to try to get it off. Finally Evan came out the store just to help me finish up with my car, using his own tools and expertise to get the job done. The employees here know what they're talking about and are awesome at helping to problem solve with you. This was one of the best customer service interactions I've had at any store, period! Evan is great and clearly is leading his team by excellent example.

There is a Young Man by the name of David W he is A Manager at the Ace Hardware and he is The most Friendly ,Wonderful , Kind Person , that you would ever want to meet. Great Customer Service and his Side Kick Manning as well!! ACE HARDWARE THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER.

One of the managers Manny was extremely helpful solving my sink issues yesterday. He's a very understanding and a knowledgeable person.

Had to rent a trailer to pick up cabinets nearby. Manny went above and beyond, even letting me borrow his own personal ball hitch when the ace hardware store didn't have any in stock. I was able to get in and out quickly and make it to all my appointments on time. Service like that is rare these days! Manny, you deserve all the recognition you can get. Thank you friend.
