Dr. Smith was my wife’s primary OBGYN and we loved him! Our experience in labor and delivery was fantastic as well, all of the staff were so kind and helpful through her pregnancy!

I have had nothing but good experiences here! Dr. Gray is amazing- along with all the nurses I had during my stay delivering my first baby. Everyone treated me like I was their family. Couldn’t recommend a better place. The only downside is sometimes your wait to be seen is lengthy in the afternoons.

Honestly it’s tough to know where to begin. I feel so indebted to their staff and Dr. Allen.

My wife and I found out right before Christmas she was pregnant. Since that day it’s been a roller coaster. We were very fearful of some somewhat common symptoms perceived as complications (and honestly may still end up being complications).

We called so many obgyn clinics and visited so many ERs and no one would give us any assistance or advice. I completely understand we were last minute and we are in the middle of a horrific pandemic but we just wanted someone to put us at ease. We were losing hope that anyone would even speak to us. Every obgyn clinic told us to go to an ER and the ERs told us to find an obgyn. That’s where Dr Allen and his staff come in. They were willing to help us if we were willing to wait which of course was worth it. Even then the wait wasn’t bad.

He was able to explain the situation to us in a way that helped put us at ease even if we still have a bad outcome. I work in healthcare and you don’t see this very often. So thank you Dr Allen and all of the staff who helped. I typed a book and still can’t put into words how appreciative I truly am.

Dr.Hall is the best doctor i have had with my 3rd pregnancy❤She was so nice and understanding at every visit.I unfortunately lost my baby at 36 weeks due to a placental abruption but she kept her calm and saved me from bleeding out and dying.I am forever grateful to her and all the nurses at Northport womens facility because i wouldnt be here without yall's quickness and compassion.Even afterwards Dr.Hall was so empathetic with me,she made sure that i was okay mentally and asked if i needed anything at all🥹The best part is she gave me a hug❤After losing my baby its been hard and for a doctor to care enough to hug me and make sure im alright out of her way is everything for me🙏🏼10/10 would recommend her and any future pregnancy i will be going to her

Dr. Glass is amazing and I recommend her to anyone who is having a baby especially at a mature age. She made sure that during my pregnancy that my blood pressure was under control among other things.

As someone who was new to the area, the reviews on here definitely made me nervous for my first visit. However, I’m glad I didn’t let the reviews sway my decision. I’ve been several times now and I’ve had good experiences. The front desk staff are very nice, the nurses are also nice and very knowledgeable, and Dr. Glass has been wonderful and extremely informative so far. I haven’t experienced any confusion with appointments or scheduling and I’ve been told up front what to expect for each upcoming appointment. I’m very pleased with my experience so far.

I have been going here for years. I really like Dr. Glass but dread encountering one of the nurses (I believe her name is Janelle, maybe Danielle?) on the phone or in the office. This nurse is consistently patronizing and dismissive - if I am bothering to call about an issue, I am significantly concerned about it. It does not help to have a nurse, while passing the message along to my doctor, insert their opinion on my medical concerns and repeatedly interrupt while I am trying to explain them.

I agree with everyone else. The doctors and nurse practitioners are great but the staff is rude. They make it seem like me just going in for a yearly check up is the biggest inconvenience to them.

I loved Dr. Chwe when I saw him, but the practice will drop you as a patient after three years without notifying you and don't seem to think that is something they should include in the new patient paperwork or on their website. I was told they don't have to disclose that

If I could put zero stars i would. I was referred to them by the HOSPITAL. I called and was asked if i had any medical issues when I told them I was epileptic i was told i would get a call back. The next day I got a call saying they weren't taking new patients. My mom called to check and was told they in fact were taking patients. Seems like they discriminated against me for being Epileptic. DO NOT GO HERE.

I called to set up an appointment with an OBGYN and the lady asked me questions about why I needed to see an OBGYN I told her and they called me back saying the doctor couldn’t see me like what type of doctor don’t want to see an new patient? I been trying to see an OBGYN FOR TWO YEARS AND THIS IS ALWAYS WHAT THEY TELL ME AND WHEN I ASKED WHY THE DOCTOR CANT SEE ME THEY ALWAYS SAYING I DONT KNOW! I wouldn’t recommend this place for nothing I would give this place 0 stars ⭐ I thought an OBGYN would see anyone especially with my health issue.
