Very friendly. Greeted immediately & politely. We were shown where to find the item we were interested in and left to explore and “try out”, but the second we needed assistance it was offered. Options were offered but not pushed. Will certainly shop here again.

Texted the store and got a reply the same afternoon. The sofa I wanted to see was in the store. Fabric was very nice, great price and the free door drop off is awesome! Great people and my favorite place to buy furniture.

Purchased a couch from Andy Howell at the Davenport, IA location. He was extremely helpful and did not put any pressure on us. Was extremely professional and informative, thoroughly explaining all options available for our needs. So nice to have a friendly professional help us with our purchase. Happily recommend Andy!

The store was clean with lots of variety of products to look at. The staff was friendly and helpful to myself and my family. The salesman Mike was professional and helpful without being pushy.

Everyone was very polite and no high pressure. The fact that we were able to take some swatches home without charging us was a 10/10 in our book and is part of why we chose Slumber Land. Our salesman was another reason, Andy was super easy to work with and very knowledgeable.

My husband wanted something oversized and super comfy. We went to 3 different furniture places looking for the right Recliner. Just on a fluke on our way home we decided go swing in. We were great by Mike! He should my husband to what he wanted. My found 1 and sat in it. He loved it! Mike allowed us to put $50 down and said we just needed to pay it off before the Recliner came in. I went in a few days later Nd paid it off! I then was told it had arrived already! We picked it up the next day and my husband absolutely loves it along with our fur babies!

Great shopping experience. No high pressure sales! The salesman, Andy Howell, was honest and very pleasant. We love our new laZboy recliner. 🙂

Sales staff was great once I told her what I was looking for she had a great option and I loved it can't wait to have it in my home.

Andy is the best! He came in on his day off to assist me with an urgent need for a lift chair. I was able to get one that was in stock that's so comfortable and has extra options that I will thoroughly enjoy.

The sales person that assisted us (Mariah Vanderostyne) was wonderful! She was knowledgeable and offered options that we would not have thought of on our own. Never pushy, always telling us to take our time with our decision. I felt like I was dealing with a family member. Could not have been more pleased with of purchase experience.

Excellent customer service! In my case, Brian showed me several chairs and I narrowed the choices to 3. I brought mom in, Brian stood ready yet respectfully distant until she had a question! That patience made the process easy for her to weigh her options without pressure or too many choices to choose from.

My sales rep Mariah was awesome! So pleasant and so helpful but didn't rush me at all. Would definitely recommend them. Also I felt like they have reasonable prices.

Very helpful, kind, and eager to assist. They do not hover over you as some furniture store sales people do.
