Phelps Activity Center

We had our downsized, social distance-friendly wedding at the gazebo there and it was wonderful! The value was amazing given the location and view. Also the staff was very helpful and kind. I would highly recommend it. Side note: we had to use external batteries since the plugs do not have electricity, but it was an easy fix. They also mention this when you rent the space, so no surprises.

I was there for a business meeting. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The building is in great shape for its age.

Extended Day Program. Great for children of working parents. Counselors and staff great.

Our girls' volleyball played in the Throw down in Tuscaloosa this weekend. The facility is very clean, easy to access, and in a nice location. There are picnic tables outside to enjoy lunch and there are several nearby restaurants for a quick lunch otherwise.

I was looking for a place to play pickle ball while I was out of town and I am so glad I found this recreation center, everyone was so friendly and made sure I played several games before I left

I rented a room for my daughters birthday party. The entire staff was friendly and super helpful. The community room and kitchen were both very nice, clean and accessible. And the view was beautiful. I also received my deposit back way before I was expecting it so that was nice.

I work for UCP and the person I have loves to walk so it was really nice to walk and be cool at the same time

Love the PARA camp for my daughter! It's a lifesaver for working, single parents! Everyone is so friendly and they keep it very clean.

This place is great. The building amenities are wonderful, and the staff is extremely helpful. We had an event here and it was one of our best experiences.
