Originally I was very frustrated. Let me tell you though, the manager Tyler made things right and I uphold the most respect to him because of it. I won’t go into detail about the situation, but most companies would not honor what he did therefore I am very happy. Thank you.

Good on all their prices for games etc. They have a wide selection of things from video games to vinyl records My husband just loves this store better than video games etc. Here in moline they had games at good prices but I didn't find any kind of games that I like & the platform I play games on I usually got to buy mine from Walmart I play on my desktop pc

I love their selection of retro games. The staff is friendly too. I asked one of the guys at the counter about the Virtua Racing for Genesis unit they had on display, he came to open the cabinet for me, showed me the cartridge condition, etc. It was offered at a good price so I brought it home along with a 2nd hand Metroid Dread game they had for good price as well. This was my second visit to the store and I intend to come back. If I could add some constructive critique: for older cartridges like NES, Genesis, Super Nintendo, etc, it would be awesome if they had some consoles on site to test the cartridges. Even if the cartridge looks fine on the outside it's a bit of a gamble to purchase these becase the memory chips sometimes decay over time.

The section here insane! Could I spend hours in there and still not see everything. The staff is very knowledgeable if you have questions. My daughter has bought most of her Funko Pops from them.

This place is so cool! Full of records and Funko Pops! You can spend hours in there just looking at all the cool stuff. The staff is super friendly and helpful too!

Ever since disc replay came to the quad cities I feel like I can almost find anything there along with awesome staff. They also give ridiculously fair trade ins and cash for stuff as well which knocks alot of 3rd parties out of the water

There's always something new to look at/buy when we come here, and we love looking through all the games. The employees have always been friendly and helpful when we've been there, even when busy.

We never walk out of here empty handled. There is always some sort of hard to find plushie, action collector figure, poster, pin, or vinyl to grab up, plus the Pops picks are endless!

Great place to find rare items like games, and movies your not going to find anywhere else again. The staff is usually busy, yet very polite and take care of you in a timely manner, without treating anyone differently! It's a great place to go, and sell or buy old PS3 items and older!

Okay so this place is totally legit. Video games movies collectibles trading card games pretty much anything that you're looking for in a hobby space you can find here. I was incredibly impressed staff was super helpful in trying to help me find obscure items. Overall fantastic store, One caution is certain things can tend to be overpriced however that is greatly offset by the great values you find on other items so buyer beware. The stickers that they placed throughout the mall leading you to their store are absolutely brilliant by the way! Thanks for the help guys!

Pleasantly surprised by how friendly and helpful the staff is here every time we go in. They are patient with this Momma who is new to the gaming world. Best prices I have found on used game equipment and a great dvd and blue ray selection. It was very busy on the weekend and I much prefer going during the week.

This is a great store for anyone looking for older games, collectibles, used DVDs and blu-rays, electronics and probably so many other things that I didn't even notice in the store because the stores packed with tons of things to see. Store kind of reminded me of the Hastings store which closed down.

Love it here! Employees are always so nice and helpful and generally good at responding back to messages, been looking for PS1& 2 games and I can almost always find something worth picking up from here, last vault day picked up Silent Hill 1 and it worked perfectly!

Great customer care, and my granddaughter loved the Switch games for young kids.
Good value as well.....
