Tradehome Shoes

Mya (apologies if spelled wrong) was absolutely phenomenal. There were multiple people in the store and she still managed to give each customer adequate time and information. Let me know the differences between the shoes and was just a rockstar overall. Got my cloudgos and I am one happy customer.

Maya is the best! We’ve been shopping here for years for our whole family and the service is unparalleled! We have visited their other locations when vacationing but the service in Davenport cannot be beat! Always a pleasurable experience and Maya has really grown into a GREAT salesperson! Been with her since she started and will continue to go because of her service! The new location at Northpark mall is fantastic too!

I LOVE the new location of the store. I've noticed the store in the mall before at their old location but it always seemed emtpy, dark and depressing. Their new location is the complete opposite of that and I was very impresssed with the customer service I received. The lady who helped me was extremely helpful, so helpful that I walked out of the store with 3 pairs of hey dudes and waterproofing spray when I never even intended to go to the mall for shoes. I will definitely be going back!

The store is quite small, but the sales people are extremely helpful. I bought my first pair of Hokas in here a month ago and they have become my favorite running shoes. The guy working promised me I'd love them, and he was right. They were on sale, too.

I needed to return a pair of shoes to the manufacturer do to a defect and asked the clerk for a reprint of the receipt. Since I had the shoes with me, he exchanged my shoes with a new pair, saving me the cost, time, and effort of shipping the shoes to the manufacturer. This excellent customer service and the knowledgeable staff are why I'll continue to recommend Tradehome Shoes to anyone who asks.

This store is absolutely one of my favorites now. The people who work there know their stuff and take their time with you. The manager brought out 7 boxes of shoes for me to try on and helped me put them on. He knew what I wanted and stayed in my budget. They have great customer service, can't wait to come back!

Stopped in today to get some shoes with my mom and grandma. Chris was so helpful, nice, and knowledge! Glad we were able to find what we needed. Definitely will be back in the future!

Absolutely fantastic customer service and sale pricing. Just picked up Under Armor slides for $15.99 and great boots for the same. Highly recommend 👍.

Lessons were learned here fellas. Check the shoes in the boxes. Don’t just take them home and wrap them!

Staff: The staff was helpful but also the reason for 3 stars. I’d still shop here. One experience shouldn’t detract from the great deals.

Building: The shop is attached to the mall. It is kept clean and is super spacious.

Shoes: They were running a buy one get one half off sale. I bought my lovely lady two sets of dude.

Parking: plenty of parking. Mall parking can be tricky trying to get close to this store depending on the amount of cars and shoppers.

Star rating: 3 stars because of mistakes the staff made. The store sold me two left shoes. You read that right. Two lefts. Pictures below. lol. My wife may not know how to dance but this isn’t a funny joke to her. She wasn’t mad, actually laughed at it. When she went back to exchange them, they couldn’t give her the same flavor because they had sold someone else, get this, two rights. Lady’s, if you’re walking around all wonky, wearing hey dudes, that look like the ones below, please look at your feet and see if you have two right on. The store did exchange for a different color.

I have no problem coming back here every chance I get.

Defiantly not sure how this place is even running. So so disappointed. Husband and I walked in because he was looking for shoes. Young kid came up to us, really friendly I might add, and proceeded to help him. Telling he he's got the shoe he has in hand in wide as my husband was asking - he led him to try the shoe on. When he told him he liked those and would like to purchase, the employee walked in the back - took about ten minutes to return- and came back with a box and leaned down to help husband try it on....then he realized 'Oh, yeah, we don't have wide"...what? I mean, what? How can you be that...I don't really have the words for this mess. I also disliked that most of the sandal like shoes had their price tags STAPLED to them...why would you do that? Yeah...Unless I'm given a damn good reason for this attempt of winning a customer over, I will tell others to stay clear of this place.

Extremely limited stock and variety.

Got some HOKA shoes and ordered them to get the right size. Ordered them to my house. I live about 2 hours away so I wasn’t going back to pick them up. They ended up never shipping it to my house after trying to get ahold of the manager (which took forever) and THEN asked for a refund because my shoes got shipped to the store. Said he would refund it and never got my money back. Doesn’t help that they NEVER answered the phone when I would call
