Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

We stopped for breakfast, and we were pleasantly surprised at the warm atmosphere and inviting dining room. The service was great, and the food was very tasty. They had a huge fireplace with a toasty warm fire going, and we were tempted to stand in front of it for awhile. All in all, glad we stopped in.
2 people, big breakfast, around $50 including tip. Recommended.

Staff and service were great.. food was fair. Menu says fresh strawberries, but they were mushy and gross. I was not expecting whip cream on my french toast. It would have been ok if it wasn't drowning in it. The biscuits were like yummy warm fluffy clouds, lol. I recommend the pecan syrup from the Beignet appetizer. If you walk around the shop, you will definitely buy something.

Cracker Barrel is known for it's store of things of the past and local memorabilia. Plus it has great foods found at home. This one was no surprise it has great service from our waitress Joni and great meal served hot, at least for the wife. She had the country fried steak while I had the house salad, man I Love that Dill Pickle Ranch Dressing! it is great.

Though the restaurant was busy our server kept a smile on her face and focused on her customers. She was very calm and pleasant, brought our orders to our table quickly, and didn't miss a single special request! She checked back with drink refills in a timely manner and suggested dessert options. Our food was delicious and portions were large enough to allow us to take home a bit for later. The menu prices were reasonable. I believe we may be addicted to their biscuits! Of course The Store is always fun and we never leave without finding some terrific "Country Store" items to purchase. We return every chance that we get and wish we had a Cracker Barrel closer to home!

Pops says the roast beef dinner was excellent. And I'd sign a sworn statement that said the the chicken pot pie was to die for! Yep, if I ever have to order a "last meal", Cracker Barrel's chicken pot pie it is!

A decent Thanksgiving meal I thought their sweet potatoes their pumpkin pie and their cranberries were all way too sweet that could be just me all in all a good meal always happy when I come to this restaurant

The cb trout is the gold standard anywhere. I have the trout at least a dozen times a year.
Its peppered spicy surface is perfect. Along with it I always have the steam slightly spiced broccoli, fried crispy okra and griddled sour dough bread,. Hmmmmm yummy

I ordered a Barrell Burger and Macaroni, it was good. My husband had the Friday night fish fry and he said it tasted like it was fried in old oil and had been made for a while. We ate at 7:30 p.m. Friday, 2/2/2024.

Well, it's a Cracker Barrel, but it was tasty and almost empty and the service was great. Noah our check out guy helped us find items in the store we couldn't find. Super nice of you Noah, thanks!

1st time ever here! I really liked it, good food a great service! And had fun looking at all the "country" stuff in the store!

Went for the fish fry heard it was good it was Good and plenty took some home was going to eat it the next day didn't last till the next day cuz you didn't even have to heat it up it was just delicious. Would go again.

Very pleasant server. Food served hot and just as we ordered it. Even refills on our beverages without asking. Bonus..found a birthday gift for my husband!

This is generally a great place to stop with kids and adults. The food is consistently good and the menu is varied. The attached store is always fun to browse with and kids love walking through it. Our waitress was great and the food came out very quickly. It is a slight bit off the road, but the signs are easy to follow.

The service was awesome and lucy was our waitress she was so amazing the best service we have had at a cracker barrel in a long time the manager was vel6 nice and friendly would recomend this cracker barrel antsy time 5 stars.

The staff were wonderful! Everyone was kind and very helpful. The food was great, as always, and the atmosphere was pleasant. We arrived before the big lunch crowd and had time to enjoy conversation before and after our meal. Definitely recommend to anyone traveling through.

It was very good somehow we got free drinks not sure why and check out person was very good. Like Effingham store
