I left my previous insurance company that I had been with for 10yrs, to come to AllState and Samantha Nelson was fantastic! She helped get my policy set up and my kids added on and it was effortless! Even got my ex husband to transfer his policies over as well! With my young drivers she worked to help get them covered at a better rate than my previous company! I don't regret the switch and tell everyone I know they need to switch as well! Samantha is super helpful and very knowledgeable! She rocks!

So far so good with John standefer & staff at Allstate insurance located in Godfrey IL! My rates are good at this point and switching from a competitor to Allstate I saved a little money! Everyone, loves to save money! Any questions I've had with my homeowners/auto insurance they've got back to me within a reasonable professional amount of time.. If anyone is looking for insurance in general check this branch out..

We have been Allstate(John Standefer) customers for the past 13 years and were with at least 3 other insurance companies prior to that time. We have had bad experiences with the other companies we were with but have had nothing but great service from the Standefer Agency and Allstate. We feel like they care about us and not just getting our premium payment every month. We have had opportunities to move our business to other companies but we are so happy with Allstate that we don't want to move.

This agency was super helpful in saving me money on my vehicle insurance as well as renter's insurance. They helped me find all kinds of discounts, and they are wonderful to work with! I switched from Geico, and I certainly don't regret it!
