My third week here due to work proximity. So far so good. HOPE is an Awesome Hotel Guest Services Representative, she does an Excellent job!!!!
Update: I've been coming here for 7 weeks now... Still a nice Hotel to stay in, especially for us traveling workers!!! Hope is still Awesome!!

We worked with Linda and Jeannie for military guests travelling for a funeral, 3rd party credit card authorizations AND they were fabulous. Super kind and responsive, very positive experience.

I booked online. I checked in with no problems. The room was decent. The floors just smelled old and needed deep clean. Breakfast was good. Overall, my stay was great. The pool was very, very salty chlorine.

We attended a wedding near by. The hotel did their best to accommodate a "rush" of people. All good! Thanks

The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing. We had an entire hockey team staying in the hotel. I’m sure it wasn’t easy dealing with 13 12 year old boys but they did it with grace. The lady in charge of breakfast over our stay this past weekend was awesome. Our boys played a really hard game and she kept the breakfast open 30 minutes later to allow them to get something good to eat before the next game. The other lady with blonde hair and glasses was also fantastic. She made sure we had waters for our drive home & was overly patient with all our rowdy boys.

Very friendly staff. Nice clean room. Very thin walls though. Sound from hallway & neighboring rooms very clear! Didn't have chance to check out the breakfast in the morning. Update: I've reviewed this hotel before but it's gone down hill. Tub dirty & wouldn't drain. No bath size towels in room. Half empty mouthwash bottles in bathroom. Gotta wonder if room & bathroom were seen at all by housekeeping.

We really enjoyed the cleanliness of the room and the bed was very comfortable. We had been on the rd for over a day coming into town for a funeral. Check in and check out was easy. Place was quiet. The shower was nice. Just wish the drain in the tub was quicker.

Amy at the front desk was one of the best hospitality reps I have worked with in a long time! She uncovered that I needed help with Hilton honors and helped me get back into my account.

Traveling for work in Decatur and staying a week at a time, I have stayed at numerous hotels trying to find the one that best fits my needs. The staff at this location is exceptionally kind and helpful. The rooms, albeit not as updated as its counterpart in Mt. Zion, are super clean (and smell it, too!) and have beds/pillows that are incredibly comfortable. Like seriously I don’t even sleep that well at home. The breakfast that is included offers many options. For the price, this place can’t be beat. I’ll be staying here from now on when traveling to Decatur.

The hotel itself is decent but what really stood out is Bonnie or Bobby (can’t remember what she said ). But she was going above and beyond for the guest during breakfast and just had the warmest energy! Very hard to find people like that these days and just wanted to give her a special shout out!

Great stay. Friendly staff, everything was clean. We used the common area for a while as did other groups, and it was super fun. Breakfast was fine, just what you'd expect and clean and fresh. Maybe bring your own pillow, as none of my party liked theirs- too poofy and not solid enough.

The staff at this hotel is exceptional.From the moment we were greeted until the day we left, every possible need was taken care of perfectly. When I came down to get a wine opener Carla was kind enough to offer real glasses telling us that she knew we'd much rather have these nice wine glasses than drinking a nice bottle of wine out of plastic. She couldn't have been more kind and willing to help us get a snack get our wine and have it in nice balloon glasses. We really appreciated her going that extra mile and understanding exactly how we felt about those plastic glasses without having to say word. Later in the day I had an issue with an email I was trying to print. It was most important as it was a eulogy that my grandson had written for my husband's funeral which was the next day. Jonathan Hutton took the time to rewrite the entire eulogy and type it for me in a way that I could read it .He did a verbatim typing of my email so that I walked out of there with a piece of paper double spaced that I could read without glasses. I cannot even express how much that meant to make. He is an absolute gem and it was his idea to do that when we couldn't get the printer to print off of my phone. He didn't have to do that and his gesture really made a difference. Twice on our stay we met with Bobbie who was just delightful at every turn. She couldn't do enough to help us get our breakfast and accommodate us in any way we needed. We weren't that picky but we sure were treated like royalty. I think Heather and her staff are a huge feather in your cap. I've always loved Hiltons but I have to say that even though I've traveled the world I've never felt quite so taken care of as I did at the Hampton Forsyth over this weekend.

Hampton is the best. The rooms are clean, well-lit, spacious, and cozy, with a great TV, shower, and coffee. I feel so at home there even when I am exhausted or sad about my visits to Forsyth sometimes. I miss the family that I used to have there, but Hampton is my home-away-from home. Staff is so nice and helpful. I can really sleep at the Hampton! That is unusual for me. What a great bed! Comfy. Thanks, Hampton!

It was in a great location by the mall, right off of the highway. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and the complimentary breakfast was very nice.

This is the best hotel experience I've ever had. Gorgeous facility with nice work out room, clean saltwater pool and great breakfast. Staff was amazing! We were in town for a memorial service for a family member, so several relatives were staying at this hotel. The staff and manager accommodated our every need with a great indoor lounge and outdoor grill/fire pit area to visit (never expected the outdoor area). Child-friendly facility with all-day fresh coffee, clean towels and sleek, modern room. We will definitely refer others to this hotel and will stay there ourselves the next time we find ourselves in Decatur. Wow! Thank you do much for a wonderful weekend.

We were in overnight for a softball tournament. Great facilities. Friendly staff. Very flexible to a few unusual requests. Great tasty breakfast. Close enough to the mall or icecream that you can walk. We'll be back next time. if you have wheels, you should have no issues with accessibility.

Clean, comfortable. Tiny business computer that happened to be down, but no big deal. Overheard that some nice upgrades are coming to add digital keys. King rooms have tub/shower combo with floor-mounted toilets with room around it. Smooth elevator. Pet friendly, located right off highway in shopping area with plenty of restaurants around.

Staff is very pleasant. The complimentary breakfast was different every day and very tasty. The rooms are nice. We stayed a week. And will be back next week. Thank you!!

Very nice and clean. Staff was great. We stayed here after breaking down near by and was 9hrs away from home, staff was very accommodating and helpful. Let us stay past check out so we could get everything in line to get back on the road! Very grateful for such compassionate people!
