Rooms was nice. If there's any issues, they will fix them for u without any questions. Staff is friendly. We frequent here a lot. We will return.

Rooms were exceptional clean. Small defects nothing major. They do breakfasts. Very nice .I would definitely stay again. I loved it.

Stayed for a month for work. The staff was very accommodating and went above an beyond everyday I was there to make me feel welcome. The room was clean and the AC kept the room quite cool at my comfortable 63 degrees. Housekeeping respected the do not disturb sign and always made attempts to catch me in the halls to make sure I didn't need anything! Thank You Ramada for making my time there comfortable!

Hotel is nice for the price and my room was comfortable and nice as well but the hallway has cigarette smell but my room did not smell cigarette odor.

Great hotel. Check in was easy. Everything was great. Only issue pool was closed but we made due. Would recommend location is amazing also. Plenty of shopping and food places.

Very nice, clean stay. First booked for affordability, but would stay again as the room was well kept and very clean.

Stay was uneventful. Only one night before heading to VFW Convention in Springfield, IL. Staff was polite, breakfast was tasteful, even thou limited in selections. The state had opened up the day before so they had time to provide a better selection. At 8am I took the last of the brisket & gravy.

It's a staff that makes a hotel. This one is very helpful and attentive.
Yes, the rooms may need to be updated and the such but for the price this is a great value, especially with the indoor pool.

We lost a bracelet bringing in luggage in the evening. Went to desk in morning and they had found it. We described it and they gave it to us. Very honest and nice people. Place was immaculate!

Very clean and quiet. Great breakfast!! Very friendly staff. Great inside heated pool. Nice anemities included in room. Very reasonable rates. Minutes from great shopping fantastic restaraunts and a movie theater. Would recommend to anyone. Have stayed a few times and will continue to stay due to the quality, cleanliness, breakfast, and very reasonable rates!!!! Highly recommended!!!

Every time we go to visit our family in Clinton, IL we stay here at the Ramada in Decatur. We've never had a problem here. It is always clean and everything is in working order and I worked for Ramada in Crawfordsville, IN for a few years I know what to look for as far as cleanliness. The breakfast is always stocked and fresh. This time we went they biscuits, gravy and eggs. It was very good. The staff is always friendly as well. You have our business anytime!

The lady at the front desk was kind and very informative. Our room was clean and well put-together. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Had a really nice time I was able to get animal friendly room and if you want you can get a smoking room. nice rooms plenty of space and very nice and helpful employees
I have no complaints there is even a nice little pool and workout area with a great continental breakfast

Ordered food. Front desk never told us it arrived .my husband went down at 12 am..food had been there for over a hour and was nasty.

I am traveling across country and they are pet friendly!!! Hotel is clean, staff is friendly, and very accommodating while I dealt with a rental car issue and had to check out late! Thank you!
