This Lowe's is far from home but I still found the clearance plant section. Husband looks at the tools. I look at the plants. Nice to have a store we both enjoy, even when looking in departments other than our individual favorites. Husband even found something on sale in the tool department this trip. Marked down (70%) plants didn't automatically register so make sure the plants are in the right area, truly clearance, and make sure the discount price shows up or is adjusted by the employee at checkout. Sticker shock made me double check the total or I would have overpaid a huge amount.

Every time I come here they are very helpful. On a budget? Wanna do it yourself? Make sure you know the name make model and year of your car and they can look up anything! I have not had them make any mistakes on the parts they research for me.

They don't try to upsell you. They do give you some good suggestions 1/4 of which I actually always take and do. Everyone here is friendly. You don't have to worry about them making you feel stupid if you don't know something about cars. I am not a car nerd, but with their help and suggestions I've been able to save thousands of dollars by doing some of these projects myself, buying the part here for a reasonable price, watching 405 YouTube videos on the repair, then doing the repair myself.

I also love that they'll do a diagnostics on my car or will plug in my battery to see if it's okay for free! This can be a huge boon for people that are on a budget.

Always clean. Always organized. Convenient location. Ample parking. Staff are friendly and professional. I appreciate their mask requirement and their measure taken to ensure safety during this Covid pandemic. I highly recommend and will come back for sure.

The Salt Lake City Lowes's store, between the two delivery guys, Dianna in appliances, & assistant Manager Scott, have gone out of there way for me. I had ordered a washer/dryer combo that was damaged while being shipped from the vender to the Lowe's store. It had multiple dents. Lowe's & their delivery guys were never at fault. It was already damaged before it even reached the store. Everyone at Lowe's have been nothing but awesome, very transparent, & extremely eager to get me taken care of as a customer. Let this be a life lesson for everyone. It's Christmas & great, and I will continue to do business with Lowe's. Thank you for have great customer service and please realize that extenuating circumstances happen that are out of the store's control.

Sue and Rob helped me get a bunch of watering cans even though it’s the off season and it was a huge hassle for them to get a pallet lifter out to get them down. I’ve been to this location a few times and I’m always impressed by the friendly, helpful staff!

5 stars specifically for Katlin who spoke to me at self checkout. They were incredibly kind and made my day!!

I shop here a lot. I owned several retail stores in the past so I always look at merchandising. They do a great job. I was noticing that some of their seasonal area was being re-merchandised. Check out the pictures. I will keep an eye 👁 on it.

quick and easy process with online shopping and in-store pickup. customer service was polite and respectful. (see picture for bamboo reed privacy fencing)

Best price in town for mulch and still a good supply for this late in the season. And, the garden plants on clearance were 75% off. Whoa-hoo!

Came in for a new Toilet wax ring and thought I would try out another plumbing iterm while there.

I know next to nothing about plants, but Tamara P. in the outdoor gardening section was so nice and patient. She explained the differences between flowering vines and helped me pick out a beautiful honeysuckle! Thank you for having such a patient and knowledgeable employees! I'll be back for more plants.

The woman in the paint department is awesome! Great at thinking outside the box to help customers with niche solutions like mine. I believe her name was Devaughn, but don't quote me on it... I'm terrible with names. Wanted to give her a quick shout out!

I’ve reviewed other Lowe’s and left 1 star. But this one deserves the 5 star! My personal experiences with this store have always ended in a 5 star. My trick is I will shop and then check out at the garden center. The ladies out there are so nice!! My wife and I love talking to them after plant shopping and of course checking out their amazing clearance lol. (Who doesn’t love a clearance)

For I've always had great service.. I purchased a fix me upper and David at Lowe's West valley is amazing helping me with my upgrades. I will continue to come back for all my needs. I love this place
