The staff were all very professional and kind in working with my family at our time of loss. The follow-up to questions was prompt and detailed. In addition, an after care call was much appreciated.
Maria is an excellent listener and at the ready to help in any way for customer relations. Scott is ideal for any potential problem solving and advising where necessary in his position. Howard, as well, has been soothing and reactive to any issue for the comfort and expectation of our family and their resting place. We all were also so pleased with the hands-on service provided by Gill - and the honor he puts on the respect he shows to the loved ones in his work. Our family is thankful to all the above & feel they each complete their work together to bring peace at a difficult time.

My Mother recently passed away and already had a plot next to my Dad. Working with the staff was easy, they provided all information, answered questions and made the process easy. The site was well prepared for our brief graveside prayer, and everything handled professionally.

I have been talking with Tom for a few months now. A bunch of my Army buddies and I visited Memory Gardens on March 4, 2022 to honor a fallen friend. Tom made sure that we had anything we needed for this visit. We came from 6 states and he made the visit memorable. I noticed that Adriana’s name was not on the granite wall surrounding the flagpole and Tom made sure that I was able to get it on there. It took less than 2 weeks to get it on!! I was very impressed at his candor and love of supporting the Veteran community. He takes pride in helping Veteran’s in their time of need. He is a pleasure to work with and a true gentleman. Tom was great, he showed us all our options with no pressure. He handled all the arrangements for my dear Grandmother perfectly. If I may add Tom is one of the nicest people I have ever met. Thanks again for helping us during this difficult time.

We had a great experience at Memory Gardens. My family and I flew in from Canada to bring my Grandfather to his niche at Memory Gardens. Having dealt primarily with a branch of their company (Dignity Memorials) here in Langley; a lot of the communication with Memory Gardens was done over the phone and a meeting the day before the service. Scott, Tina, and the rest of the staff were all amazing. They were kind and respectful to our family and made the experience hassle free for us. We appreciate the recognition of his military service, that was an added bonus to our experience. We appreciate the hard work both from Dignity Memorials and Memory Gardens. We cannot thank you enough for all that you did!

Maria was amazing and helped ease the burden during this difficult time. I thank her from the bottom of my heart. She didn't miss any detail. Dad and my stepmom are at home now and enjoying eternal life in heaven.

My family experienced a sudden and tragic loss, and our whole family was reeling. The staff at Memory Gardens did everything they could to make what we were going through a little less stressful. Tina, Scott and Maria showed compassion and caring. They helped guide us through a very difficult time and for that I will be forever grateful. They are the best.

It was a pleasure to work with Barbara Levin at Memory Gardens Cemetery. She was incredibly helpful in managing the affairs from the beginning to the internment of my cousin. Living 5 hours north of Arlington Heights, Barbara made it possible to manage everything remotely. I didn't know if we could afford the type of crypt burial my cousin wanted, but Barbara worked her magic. Now I can rest at peace knowing that my cousin's last wishes were made possible by the wonderful service I received. When we were kids, we'd go to the cemetery where several generations of our family are buried. At this cemetery were two above-ground crypts. My cousin would repeatedly say, "That's how I want to be buried! Don't you dare have me buried in the ground or I'll come and haunt you!" We'd laugh and continue going around the cemetery visiting our ancestors' graves. That was over 6 decades ago. and now that time has arrived. Thank you Barbara for making it possible for my cousin's last "wish" a "reality". I highly recommend that you choose the staff at Memory Gardens to work with you in taking care of all the arrangements in advance for you or your family member to be buried at Memory Gardens. The process was grand!

My son passed away in January of this year, one of the coldest days of the year. Needless to say from the moment we met , they became part of our family . They were so compassionate, respectful and very caring. They are true professionals, very accommodating towards our needs. We never felt rushed or that they had other customers to tend too. Tom focused on making sure that all went smoothly, according to the plan for that day. And it did, he is Amazing.

The ordering of the marker for my son was a very difficult task to accomplish. Carmen showed so much empathy, while focusing on what our requests were going to be. She is knowledgeable and truly efficient. And did I mention anything about her patience?

She assured me that I would have my sons marker before his birthday. And surely enough, she followed through. The marker arrived on Monday, my sons birthday is in two weeks.

Myself and my family members had an experience beyond belief with Memory Gardens that we will never forget. My grandparents and now my mom are buried in an environment that is beautiful, a feeling of peace is everywhere. It was a great relief to have mom in her final resting place next to Gram and Gramps. EVERY STAFF MEMBER was courteous, kind, sensitive to what we were going through. Even the grounds keepers (not sure of their title) were truly caring and kind. Thank you Howard and Emma, from my heart, you both were a miracle to me. My family extends their thanks as well. The memorial service was beautiful yet heart wrenching. You turned a difficult time for us into a truly perfect celebration of life. God bless you all.

They were attentive with every detail from our request for equipment in the chapel we requested to the color of the flowers we wanted. The memory folders were so beautifully done. All these things were accomplished by long distance communication before we arrived.

My parents bought their plots in Memory Gardens in 1973. They always talked about where they would be buried, but when the time came I realized I did not know what to expect or what I needed to do! From the moment I called Memory Gardens to see what my next steps were, I felt cared for. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. They answer all my questions and I never felt rushed or pressured.
