The staff here is so helpful. We needed 11 boxes of tile picked up. They came to help us, counted tiles we need and help load into the car. Truly amazing customer experience

Offered help even before I asked. They had exactly what I wanted. Prices were as shown on site. And they carried my heavy dirt out to my car.

Found some sanding pads at this neighborhood Ace I couldn't find at the big box Lowes down the street. Store layout made the pads an easy find & the guy at the register was quick with the line. In and out in 5 minutes.
It took me 30 minutes just to figure out Lowes didn't have what I needed.

I just bought a battery powered Toro snowblower from Neradt Ace. They are very helpful and the price was lower than the big box stores.

I had a good experience with this store. I wanted some unique hardware parts (that I did not find at other bigger stores) for bathroom faucet repair. An associate helped me find the same. You definitely get personal attention here that you sometimes miss at bigger stores.

Very Old school feel, that's a good thing!
They also take very good care of my elderly Father when he comes in to shop.

Great store with very knowledgeable staff. If you have any questions there is at the very least 1 employee who can answer them. Fair prices and checkout is fast and friendly.

1/2021 Don't typically go to this Ace as it is 2 towns over from us. But was on a search for an item and did not find it at other stores. No big box or even other Ace Hardware Stores. But we did find it here and for the price we were looking for. Thanks for the help guys. Today you truly were the "Helpful Hardware Man". :)

Excellent place. Had the feel of a real hardware store. Showed one of the associates what I needed and boom he took me right to it and I was out the door in 5 minutes. Way better than Home Depot where most people don't know their arse from a hole in the ground.

Klay is the manager here and he is amazing. He went above and beyond for my husband and I. He took hours to patiently create a part that wasn't standard. He even stayed after his shift to see the project through. Where are people that caring in this day in age? We were both shocked, I just can't say enough about this ACE location and the amazing staff here.
