I went for a visit there yesterday and I just loved the service! Kalpa was so very nice to me and extremely patient with me when doing my eyelashes! She made sure that I was alright throughout the process and kept me calm! Also, this was the very first time I’ve had my eyebrows threaded and tinted and omg I just love the results! Thank you Kalpa! I will be visiting again!!

Staff here are very friendly and do their job well! Traveled over 2 hours just to have my eyebrows done. They do them right and shape them for your face!

They are so kind and the lashes look great and they stay on longer than a week more like two they will always have my business

I walked in she was so nice I will be back again wonderful if you have a chance to get there and get your eyebrows or she does waxing and everything she was wonderful!!!

I got the individual eyelashes (faux mink, the longest option) which was extremely reasonably priced. I paid $30. Eyes didn’t burn, good application professional. Clean & professional atmosphere. Not to mention my eyelashes look extremely good and they last

I was in town to visit from Georgia. I decided to go in and have lashes applied. When I got in I decided to get lashes, eyebrow tinting (first time) and chin waxing. The tech was so pleasant and explained every service before applying. I will definitely be back whenever I come to visit! Awesome customer service and I’m pleased with the results!

I've been going to this lady since 2019 when she was in the White Oaks Mall in Springfield, she's always been super sweet and great with threading eyebrows. Very pleasant to be around. I hope I can find another place with people as kind as here, as I am moving out of Illinois soon.

Used to love going to this place when it was out at the mall, but I moved away and they relocated. The ladies are the absolute best, super informative and friendly. I got my eyebrows threaded and tinted which I am in love with how they turned out 🥰 Very reasonable prices, the threading with tint was only $21 and supposed to last 10-12 days for my first time having it done. I will definitely be going back when I come to visit again 😃😃

The ladies that run this store aware awesome! Always fast and very pleasant. Moved here last year and this is the first eyebrow place I went too - think I’ll stick with it!

I love how they shape my eyebrows and don’t have to get done as often like waxing your eyebrows. The ladies are awesome and very friendly.

Eyebrow Arch is a great place to get your brows done. The ladies are always nice and pleasant when you walk in until you exit. I have never been disappointed with my eyebrows. Thanks for always doing a great job!!!!

I love it!!! Since being a performer and traveling the country often, it sucks the best place I've ever gotten my brows done is in my home town, but she is amazing! Definitely the best place to go to get your brows threaded

As a Hispanic male I have some pretty thick brows so I'm very particular about who I go to to get them done. I've traveled quite a bit and always find the best place in town to get them threaded (waxing is a joke) I was extremely skeptical about trying out a mall boutique thinking it would be a rush job and my brows would come out looking the same but hear me when I say this lady took the time to comb them, thin them out, she treaded down to my cheek bone and plucked anything left over. Not only is she amazing at what she does she is also very friendly and easy to talk to. I've been going back to this lady every chance I get for over 3 years now and I've never left unhappy. 5 stars always. Thank you for your great work ma'am!

Ever since Kalpa opened in the center of the mall my eye brows have been PERFECT! She's perfected her craft over the years & even recognizes my face EVERYTIME I get my brows done! She's LITERALLY the best. I have thick eye brows that grow uneven sometimes but she KNOOOOWS just how I like them. She's truly amazing at what she does!!!!!

Best place ever. She makes sure your looking great when you leave ! I like how she takes her time to customize my eyebrows. Best place in the Decatur/ Forsyth area.
