AT&T Store

I went in to get a line added and walked out with more and saved money. Every worker in the store was busy and giving excellent service to their customers and still took the time to talk to people who were coming in and waiting. I was really impressed with a worker who was so patient with an elderly customer, they could have easily said they couldn't help her or give up but they took their time and made sure she understood everything they were telling her and that she felt comfy with it.

Kevin was really polite and helped me and resolved my issues in a positive manner. I came in upset and I'm leaving in a better mood. He's a great asset to your company

We had the pleasure of meeting Canada an Associate at this store on JAN 12th. Canada assisted my Mom and I with upgrading our iPhones to a 14 and 15 Pro. He gave EXCELLENT customer service and was so informative and helpful. He was so patient with my Mom because she was very nervous about using her 14. My Mom lives in an Assisted Living Community and any type of change makes her very uneasy. Canada took the time to give her a tutorial and even made sure the apps she frequently uses were easy to find on her 14. He really went out of his way and he was so patient, kind, and made her feel confident and at ease with using the new device. Canada needs to be recognized for settIng the bar and he exceeded Outstanding Customer Service!

Deidre was fantastic. My phone was just done. It wasn't working and she made me feel at ease about getting a new one. She transfered all my information my old phone to my new phone Galaxy S23 Ultra. Even gave me a promotion for my old phone. Deidre was very kind, personable, professional, and patient. I will ask for her every time. Excellent service 👏 Deidre.

Dustin helped us with an upgrade and adding on my daughter with her first phone. We had a couple of "obstacles" and he was extremely patient. He went above and beyond to give us the best service possible. Request him - you won't be sorry.

Took my husband to AT&T on 6-22-2023 to get a much needed new phone as a father's day/anniversary gift. I was really dreading this because he is so picky and will keep a phone until it falls apart. From the time we walked into the door until the next day when I came and got the phone I received nothing but extremely great customer service. I want to thank Deidre and her co-workers for making this a painless experience and yes he loves the flip phone because he is definitely old school.

Diedra was AMAZING! I mean WOW! I hope she gets a store manager position soon. They way she is with her clients with the amount of professionalism deserves to be a trained best practice for her potential staff to follow suit. Sales and service would set the standard for AT&T stores near and far. Outstanding service.

We worked with Shamari who was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He made the process very easy. Bill also was wonderful and oversaw the process.

Dominique did an OUTSTANDING job this afternoon by simply helping me get back into my email on my cell phone.

Dustin was very helpful and patient in assisting me in buying a new phone as well as transferring all of my information from my old phone to my new phone. Dustin also helped me By showing me different phones available as well as accessories to go with the phone.

Been coming to AT&T for years. Hands down the best service from Ms. Deidra. Very professional and patient. I got signed out of my email and she help me reset it and saved everything in notes for me. She even showed me extra stuff on my phone that I can do.

I have been going to this store for awhile. Everyone been nice and helpful.
Today Deidre took care of me. She was supper nice. I will continue going to the Fairview Heights store

DEEDRA! This girl takes such great care of me and my family. I met her about a year ago and since then I only work with her. Right from the start she opens the door with a huge smile. She is patient and so professional. I have upgraded my phone and three of my children’s phones with her. She made me feel at ease with adding my granddaughter to our plan by showing me how to lock the phone down under the child settings. She also explained the differences between AT&T and Spectrum internet and signed me up with TV service. My family and I couldn’t be happier with the change. It’s so much faster and reliable. She takes her time to understand our needs and makes a recommendation based off what we tell her. Overall, DEEDRA is an EXCELLENT employee. She is so talented and just down to earth. PS. Sorry, I don’t think I spelled her name correctly. We love her though!
