Dirks Dry Cleaners

I’m a very regular customer and am very pleased with the quality costumer service as well as the prompt and great job they do with my cleaning. They also press US Flags at no cost for veterans we serve at the funeral home so the flag can be on the casket. What a wonderful service and tribute.

This is my new go-to place. They hemmed 2 pairs of my pants fast, cheap, and with very good quality. I was very pleased with how nice the owner and worker was. Will definitely be coming back.

They were friendly, had quick turnaround time, and competitive pricing. I don't use dry cleaners often, but I will return here for my dry cleaning needs

I’m a very happy customer. Dirks is just around the corner from where I live making it very convenient for my family and I. Staff is always friendly & professional. They also did a great job on some of my last minute clothes alterations. I’ve been a customer for about two years now and will continue to use their services.

I am very happy with Dirks. I had buttons replaced on a favorite jacket and they did it quickly for a very reasonable cost. I will continue with dropping off my dry cleaning there as well. Staff is very friendly as well.

I bought a pair of vintage bell bottoms that had a fairly well-used (more like shredded) button hole, and they were basically unwearable. They patched the hole, made a new one, and even reinforced the button so it wouldn't fall off. All for under $10. Well worth the money since I can get even more use out of these.

Had a last minute fashion emergency and needed my best dress shirt cleaned and pressed immediately. Received shirt cleaned and pressed in a very reasonable time and a very good price.

Brought in a down coat with oil stains. I wasn't optimistic about how it would turn out, but it returned looking entirely clear of stains. Exceeded expectations.

Probably won’t be going back. My usual dry cleaners was closed so I tried this place being new to Farmington I didn’t know where else to go. But my order wasn’t ready when promised on the ticket. Came back the next day and waited 20 minutes, while another costumer was getting mad at the clerk for her order being wrong. Then was told they couldn’t get the stain out but yes I was charged because they still cleaned it. 🤔 So I was charged for something that was late and technically not cleaned. Not even given a discount.

CROOKS!! I brought in $800.00 worth of suites and shirts. I didn't have my ticket and they "had no record" of me dropping my items off. I went down to the SLC store and talked with the owner. I asked to review the video footage of me driving through the drive thru. He agreed, I went back. His daughter at the Farmington store pretended that was okay as she talked with her Dad in a foreign language in front of me. They offered me other people's shirts they said were left. I refused wanting my clothes back. She abruptly refused to show me the video footage tape of the week I dropped my items off and told me to leave. (I asked why she lied and where are my clothes? She said "it's our business"...indeed it appears to be how they do business.) Obviously they knew I dropped my clothes off... I have lived in Farmington my whole life and never had a problem with the previous ownership - Gary's.

I took my trench coat in to Dirks to get cleaned as well as sprayed for water repellent. When I got it back they cleaned it but did not spray it, as they said they don't do that. I asked why I wasn't told that at the time I brought the garment in. She said they didn't know that at the time my coat was brought in (pretty lame). They also have my phone number and could have called me. I am very disappointed in Dirks and will not return there again.

The owner at the store is very rude and mean. It was a unpleasant experience working with him.
