Dave and Shane are amazing! The first time I called about my Lexus, I was given great knowledge over the phone. Dave was very patient with me and elaborated with great detail on what needed to be done. He even offered to get my car towed to his facility. Shane is very knowledgeable as well. He assisted me with specific detail of what I needed for my other vehicle. And these guys look amazing. They look so clean, happy, and healthy! They have great energy and a great working relationship that compliments one another! I will continue to do business with these guys. To the workers in the shop, thank you to you guys too! You mechanics are amazing working hard behind the scene and I appreciate you too. They got me in and out on both of my vehicles. They know their stuff. Give them a try! You will not be disappointed! Without any knowledge of the shop, the work, or the staff, not knowing what to expect I was sent here through my warranty, and I was impressed from the get go! Chane was super informative, and easy to work with. Kayla was just as informative since she’s an expert dealing with multiple warranty companies as well, and super easy to work with. Unfortunately the warranty company did what most warranty companies do and that was not looking out for the best interest of the policy holder, but Chane and Kayla went the extra mile to make sure I left satisfied not only with a perfectly running vehicle, but with extraordinary customer service! Needless to say I WILL be taking my vehicles here for all their needs ranging from routine maintenance or the dreaded big fix because I know I’ll be taken care of by great people! Thanks again!

I have already recommended this location to people at my church. Good customer service seems to be something that is lacking in our society. I was pleasantly surprised with the level of service I received at Mission Accomplished. I also appreciate their invoicing system. It is clear, easy to use and convenient for the consumer. Chane at the front desk is very kind and helpful. I will continue to take my vehicle here for all future mechanical needs.

I have visited the O'Fallon location for numerous repairs and maintenance and the customer service is outstanding! Kayla is consistently welcoming, friendly and helpful. Great location that you can count on to meet your automotive needs!

On May 17, 2023 we had a caliper come loose on our boat trailer and sever the break line. My wife and I and two dogs were stranded traveling across the country. Because they do not normally service boat trailers, they did not have the parts. However, Dave got us in the shop and Will immediately made a innovative repair to get us back on the road safely so that we had working brakes on three of the four wheels. These guys are the best! They saw an elderly couple in panic and in trouble, and immediately helped us when no one else would. Thank God for these men! If you are in need of service, I highly recommend Mission Accomplished Tire and Auto!

Fast and reasonable prices for repairs. I like that they don’t try to up sale. Let’s you know what needs attention and what can possibly wait. Also very friendly.

If I could give them 100 stars I would, the people at Mission Accomplished are the nicest people I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. My van broke down nearby, 5 hours from my Indiana home, and Chane made sure he got my van in immediately. It is unbelievable how above and beyond they went for me, I dont think I could effectively communicate the lengths they went to to not only save me some money, but they also made sure my van was finished the next day in time for me to take my daughter to the airport. I am so thankful and grateful to these guys.

They did a great job. They got to our van really quickly, diagnosed the problem, and had it fixed and ready to go by lunch time. The front desk service was helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend them.

Great service! I went in for a noise coming from my trunk area and it turned out to be a loose screwdriver rolling around under my spare tire. Within 30 minutes they had figured it out and had my car back to me. No charge for such a small service, definitely honest mechanics!

I would HIGHLY recommend. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I got a tire from them. Most places were giving me outrageous prices, and they were able to get me a tire for far less than anywhere else in the area.

They are really the best they listen first to what you say about your car, they know what's wrong and get it done in a timely matter and are so very kind the WHOLE staff. I absolutely love this place amd won't take my car anywhere else.
