Xfinity Store by Comcast

Chantelle and Don were both extremely helpful. There was a little confusion over the delivery time of one item, but overall, I was very satisfied with my experience at the Forsyth, IL location.

I left best buy, because my phone is not working right. Sent to Comcast, I will have my new phone Tuesday switched to Comcast, bill is lower about 100.00 less. I'm a happy camper

Every employee I had contact with was polite, helpful, and knew their business. My issues were solved and I appreciated their patience.

I have a good experience every time I walk in this place. I can’t remember the nice man’s name that has helped me the last 2 times but he usually sits at the far end. He even turned cartoons on for my 4 kids last time we were in and got us in and out quickly and did his best to save us money. And I just love xfinity mobile all together.

I am furious!! I have not received a bill in over 3 months!! I asked for paper billing!! I call the phone number and never ever get to a person! I do not want to deal with a computer at all for speaking to a representative! Your customer service experience is horrible on the phone and in person at the store!! I'm going to be cancelling my cable packages completely and go with a company that actually lets me speak to a person on the phone when I call!! Horrible

Justin was such a help to me, as a new customer he was very welcoming and stepped me thru the payment process as well as taking care of an issue I had. Very impressed.

Is very cool looking inside. There was a little bit of a wait but they make it comfortable with a big tv and comfy couch. The workers were surprisingly friendly.

I was very happy with my recent visit to Xfinity. Chantelle Williams was so helpful and was able to help me reduce my cable and internet bill by $85/mo. Wow! She then questioned me about our cellular service. After discussion, she was able to off me cell service for $30/mo for two phones. That's another $35 savings for me!
Needless to say, I am an extremely satisfied customer. Thank you, Chantelle, for the excellent service! I give you a 10!!!!

Not very helpful people

Very nice young lady waited on us. She explained everything very well. She was talking to a senior citizen here.

Jose Gonzalez is friendly, respectful, knowledgeable about the products. I told him what I wanted how much I can spend monthly and he knew exactly what I needed. (Switching cell phone's and carrier)
