By far the best group of people I have worked with for the needs of all my cars. Dennis has always been my point of contact as I have followed him throughout his automotive career but Red and his team provide valued recommendations and education behind their work to show they value the client first. Never had to return to get anything re-fixed and is the best price in the area.

I was very lucky to have my car almost break down while I was on Butterfield just before Red's Garage parking lot. The reason is very simple. I found a great place for my car repair needs. Just before Red's Garage, I heard a loud and scary noise coming from the front of the vehicle. In a panic mode, I turned left in their parking lot where a young man named Derek happened to be walking. I gave him the keys and a little over an hour I was good to go. The cost of the repair was extremely reasonable. I was very vey happy. So, I went back and had other work done since I'm driving a 2006 Honda. Again the cost was very reasonable. Believe me, Derrik and Dennise are among the most honest and helpful people you want to do business with. Thanks to everyone at Red's Garage.

Excellent service! I called to get Airlift 1000 installed on my 2015 Lexus GX460. Derrick got me an appointment for next day and his team finished the install in a very short amount of time. The install was very professional and they even made a custom bracket to hold the air-line. I'm glad I took my car there to get work done.

My experience at red garage was very quick and Efficient. I came in to get new tires and got an amazing deal. Cameron who was also working on the car made sure everything was checked out and working okay. Very professional and knew what they were doing! As a young female I have had quite a few bad experiences taking my car into auto repair shops. Every time I would go in for a simple oil change there would always be something else that needed to be fixed on my car. I felt like I was being taken advantage of every time I went in. However, the first time I took my car into Red’s Garage I felt welcome and respected. They were up front and honest with what needed repaired on my car and went into depth explaining it so that I could understand what needed done and why. It was so nice to finally have a good experience taking my car in to get repaired. I will never go anywhere else but Red’s.

Followed a trusted service advisor to Red's from previous experience working with him. The facility is modern, clean and inviting & the team at Red's couldn't be more personable and willing to break down the issues with the vehicles into simple terms. We brought our 2008 Honda Pilot and 2010 Honda Accord in to have them safe and reliable for our daughters. Nothing more was recommended than necessary and each repair was completed properly the first time. Definitely peace of mind to know the older cars our kids drive were fully inspected and running as they should be. Can't recommend Red's Garage enough. If you're relying on the dealerships to service your vehicles, cut that out and head to North Aurora for better pricing and competent work.

The guys have all "ALWAYS" been amazing!!! Their service is exceptional, they are courteous and very professional. Red's is one of the few honest places left where you know your vehicle will be fixed right without them try to reel you in for more expenses. They will always reach out to you and get your approval for all repairs as well. Wouldn't trust my vehicle to anyone else!

I won't take my truck anywhere but Red's Garage. From lift kits and shocks to brakes and engine repairs -- and everything in between -- these guys do it all at reasonable rates. ASE certified technicians, as well as a Rough Country dealer, and they take the time to explain things to you, instead of just quoting a number and asking for your keys. A great family owned shop!

Just got service done at Red’s after finding them on google and I’m so glad I chose them. Great experience with knowledgeable and down to earth people working on my car. The service was done a bit earlier than they quoted too which was awesome.

Had my sons car serviced there a couple times, this last time they were literally half the price that pepboys quoted me. Thanks guys, I tell anyone who asks that you do a great job
