Great place, they do have elevators, the place is not like a maze, easy to find... the staff was friendly exam was done fast and they took care of me fast. Dr was amazing , friendly and very attentive . Definitely recommend this place for your d.o.t card. Very clean place too.

Dr. Adam helped me with recovering my sprained ankle. He helped me get an expedited X-Ray the same day after my visit to see if anything was broken or fractured but all was well. Dr. Adam is extremely attentive to detail and helps to get you exactly what you need, when you need it.

i’ve never been better attended at any Doctor/hospital visit, in my life. Dr.Adam and his staff welcomed me and were so friendly, came in for DOT physical and Drug test, lady that was most helpful offered me a water bottle and was checking up on me every few minutes and were all so patient with me even though I was at fault and forgot some paperwork they took care of it all for me. Wish I can give them 10 stars!

Dr. Adam and his staff are wonderful. They will always make you laugh. Adam is truthful and will tell you what is possible and what's not. Also, they do CDL medical tests.

I fully recommend using Alloy Physical Care for D.O.T. Exam. Compared to Concentra here you are treated with respect the staff is friendly the Physician Adam gives you your exam , He explains to you what He checks during your physical He takes time to answer any questions you may have. After your done your given copies of D.OT. Form and a real nice laminated copy to keep and show to law enforcement. After leaving I felt I was treated with respect and felt like the entire staff cared about my well being. If you go make an appointment you will not sit for hours waiting like above mentioned clinic.
Clinic has parking and if needed public transportation is right outside. Even cost of exam is reasonable.

dr Adam and his team are high-class specialists in their field, they approach people holistically and you can always count on them. I put myself in their hands and I know that I have the best care possible.

The best Place !

I was here a few months ago to get my DOT... I had no issues.. The place was clean and the receptionist was very generous...Not to mention reasonable pricing, especially since I’m cheap lol. The Doctor did my physical, asked a thousand questions, ran test and explained my results where I understood what everything was and what it all meant! 2 main things that‘s a plus for me are cleanliness and good customer service, without those it’s a definite negative for me... Keep up the good work... I’ll be back before my 2 year DOT expires...

Just finished my visit at Alloy Physical Care with Dr. Adam and nurse Victoria. They are simply amazing! They are both very meticulous and give great detail when explaining what is currently happening with the patient/ visitor. Great care, great doctor and personnel. Definitely 5-star worthy!

Called in for a same day appointment for a DOT medical. In and out in under an hour! Everyone was nice and courteous.

My dad had a hip replacement and went to Alloy. He is 3 months into recovery and doing great! Amazing customer service and very professional. Staff know what there doing and super helpful! Would recommend to anyone!

If I go give 20 stars 🌟 I would. This is the best D.o.T. Dr. In the state of Illinois. He very thorough and passionate about health... He was raised by a Cdl and is giving back to the Cdl. If you have a Cdl do your Cdl here. This waste. Out detailed exam I ever took.. ease support this Dr. He's acanthus God made with his own 2 hands. So down to earth and professional..
