I had a great visit with Dr. Fan here. I was nervous about how many vein treatments I would need but he was reassuring and walked me through all the images they had of my varicose veins. I had a total of 5 treatments and my legs look and feel so much better. Best vein clinic ever for helping me feel relief from those horrible symptoms.

The staff and Dr are awesome. However the 855# overbooks them. I was there last Thursday and it was over an hour before I was brought into a room. I called to complain about the fact that they booked 10 patients including myself between 9-10:18 am. You’re over working your doctors and staff. Stop doing that.

Had to leave a visit because of waiting times. Here I am again exactly one week later in the same position.
Is our time not as valuable as the clinics?
Let’s say it like this, If I were to be 30 minutes late for work twice in a row, would I still have my job? Furthermore, if you begin to look impatient the staff looks at you like you’re supposed to deal with it like a second class citizen. Other than that??? Well I’d expect everything to be up to par. But it’s not.

I wish I I could give 0 or negative stars. This place has rescheduled my appointment 3 times for various reasons. Something with the doctor not being available, to the receptionist saying that its because the appointment is late in the day... does jot make any sense. They give me an appointment and cancel the day of the appointment 2- 3 hours before, after waiting for weeks. I wish I could address my health issue asap but someone in the front office is making a mistake or they are just not taking me seriously. This is very unprofessional, I will not be visiting this place.

My experience was terrible I stood outside in the cold before the girl at the desk finally came to open it because I had to call the 188 number ..then when I got in I waited a hour because she didn't have the info to use for Care Credit very unprofessional ..why day u take it when they never use it there.i wasted my time ..I wouldnt not recommend noone to the I wish I could give a half star such a big disappointment ..
