Duke's Ace Hardware

Extremely helpful staff. I had stopped at another Ace location looking for a particular drill chuck. They didn’t have it, but took the time to find it and referred me to Dukes. The Dukes staff jumped right in, found the chuck I needed and made sure it would fit my drill. All of this done quickly as I had explained I was under a time crunch. Great people! They kick hell out of big box places in customer service!

Most places nowadays don't sell parts for landline phones but Duke says Hardware had everything I needed I still have a desktop that I use for work and a part to connect to my internet quit working and Dukes Ace Hardware had the part when nobody else in the area not even Home Depot or Lowe's had it good old-fashioned hardware stores if nobody else has it odds are they will

Great selection of vanities and countertops and he was very patient with our slow pace. Timely delivery of all materials and a great store to work with for home improvement.

Staff is always friendly and courteous. They have always offered help when I looked lost looking for an item. Always walk me to the item that I am looking for - not just tell me what aisle. I have been going to Duke's for 40 years.

I went to this Ace looking to buy a new Weber grill, and had a wonderful experience. Corbin showed me the grill that I was looking for. He asked if I wanted to take the one on display since it was already assembled. He even cleaned it and help me put it in my car. I will definitely be going back for any future needs for my home. I live in the neighborhood and love having a store so close. They have just about everything and you don’t have to walk all over searching for things like at big box stores. The people are great and very helpful. The prices are a bit higher, but not by much. This is to be expected in a smaller store.

Most of the staff is very friendly. The prices are good for what I saw. I had two keys cut at Home Depot twice, and they didn't work both times. I returned them and went to Ace. Key service was quick too.

It's a true treasure to have them around. The entire staff is incredibly knowledgeable no matter what the question. Not at all like a big box store where nobody knows anything. I highly recommend this place for all your hardware store needs. I just got home from there again and it only gets better. It's awesome when the people there actually know how to help people

Hi I went to differant hardware stores trying to find glazing points for 3 days now including Lowes an hour looking for them, Homedepot they told me to try ace after an hour, so I did and within 5 minutes was on my way back with the points. What I want to say is hell with the bigbox stores Ace is the place with the helpful hardware folks
