Dr. Norbeck is incredible he listens and starts figuring out a strategy of how to fix the problem. He does not stop until he turns over ever stone. He's kind and very honest. I trust him totally and when you hear him laugh it makes every thing all right with the world. He is the calm in a turbulent Storm. Which makes it the perfect storm.

I love all the doctors at Illinois bone and joint. I have had great luck getting quick appointments and seeing the doctor quickly. This is very important to me when you’re in pain. I would highly recommend Illinois bone and joint.

Dr. norbeck and his nurse Kristen as well as front staff were so friendly and nice and really listen to me and explained things to me clearly. Now on the bath of getting back to normal and having a life pain free with my little girl.. Blessed..

Doctor and staff are very professional and knowledgeable. I was finally diagnosed and get helped with my pain . I was send for MRI . I got meds and physical therapy .

Great place to go with all your joint and muscle issues

This doctor didn't even take the time to exam me, just looked at the X- rays. After a short discussion, he told me I had arthritis and the pain that I was in was going to be there forever. After not excepting that this was just "arthritis" and getting a second opinion, it's more then just "arthritis". From the moment he walked in, to the brief explanation, I felt that he wasn't listening to what was causing my pain or how much pain I was
actually in. After getting a proper exam and spending more then 3 minutes with the doctor, who actually listened, a real diagnosis was discovered and is now being treated. It just proved that he didn't even listen to what I was saying about my pain and just went with a basic diagnosis. Very disappointing first and last impression.
