Mike Riordan - State Farm Insurance Agent

I recently contacted the State Farm office on Archer, for insurance on my new vehicle. The agents were very knowledgeable. Buying a new car, is an all day event at the dealer, and they were very thorough, while making the process go quickly. They were more than willing to answer any questions that we had. I would definitely recommend the State Farm Mike Riordan location. The staff there is very professional and helpful.

I had a fantastic experience with this agency all due to the help of Roberto. From the start to finish he was a pleasure to speak with he took into account all my needs when it came to what coverage I needed and my budget. He was also very informative on life insurance and why I needed a policy. Overall a great experience with him so ask for Roberto when calling.

Recently had to file a claim as my car was totaled and Mike Riordan State Farm were super helpful, friendly and fast. Making sure I had everything I needed to make my claim go through right away. Cecilia and Tricia helped me to understand my next steps and walked me through the rest of my claim. Will be continuing to use Mike Riordan State Farm for all my future insurance needs.

I was due to renew my policy with my current insurance company but glad that I listened to my sister who has State Farm. I went online and answered a few questions for a quote and the next day Vanessa reached out to help. She was thorough when explaining the policy and made sure to inform me of their discounts. Mike Riordan, Vanessa & team are great. They are good about responding quickly when I have questions. Vanessa was great about helping me with insurance for our dance group. I didn't know what kind of coverage I needed to ask for - Vanessa helped identify what we needed. Having this conversation with Vanessa I realized the other insurance options we were considering were more expensive for less coverage.
