I have visited Emily for a facial there a few times and every experience I have had there was amazing. She is very knowledgeable in her field and took the time to educate me not only on what was going on with my skin at the beginning but through every step of the process during the facial and visits thereafter. With her advice, I was able to achieve exactly what I was looking for through facials once a month and products she recommended. Would highly recommend! I can't wait to come back in soon!

Absolutely love this place! I always feel at home here. Everyone is so welcoming and so friendly. Lisa does my nails and always does such a great job. She’s attentive and listens and you can tell she really cares about her clients. Emily is my esthetician and is the absolute BEST! I have never had such amazing skin in my life. She has given me so much confidence. I love our visits. She is so professional and knowledgeable about her products and services. Could not ask for more from a salon/spa. Would highly, highly recommend.

Both are extremely professional and knowledgeable. During my facial Emily took the time to explain every step and how it will improve my skin. I highly recommend seeing Emily for your skin care needs and Val for your hair.

I had a facial with Emily and I could not be happier. It was relaxing and informative, she addressed all my concerns with recommendations. She is clearly mastering her craft and is incredibly knowledgeable in her product line. Everything felt amazing but not over powering. I have also purchased masks from her online store snd I swear I have not had any breakouts in the 2 months since I’ve been wearing them, it’s been a game changer. I will definitely be back! The shop is so adorable, and their displays are Instagram worthy. Nothing but professionalism from first contact to me walking out the door.

I overheard my esthetician emily speaking very poorly of another customer and having the audacity to be condescending and laugh about her condition. I think it’s very unprofessional if you ask me. Facial was ok, but I probably won’t be returning. I understand that she’s not very experienced yet, but please consider educating your employees on the importance of professionalism, manners, hospitality and acceptance of ALL paying customers.
