S & J Lisbon Locker

This was our first beef processing and hands down, S & J took extremely great care of us. We went in, explaining no understanding on how slaughtering and cuts worked but they guided us with the utmost grace and professionalism. Our two beef were split between two families and everything ended equal very fair. Packaging is impressive! Soup bones are cut to manageable sizes and every last cut is consistent! We will be returning for round two. We got lucky with a last minute slot but will be securing our next beef slaughter much further in advance as the market is simply just busy. Appreciate our experience and highly recommend! Thank you S & J!!!

I had Lisbon locker process a deer for me this year and they did a great job. All of the sausage came out amazing. Prices are fair. Turn around time is a little slower than most but after tasting the finished product its worth the wait. Staff is super friendly and willing to answer any questions you might have. Besides the normal chops and ground, I had them make a portion of each sausage they offered and they never balked at the request. Lisbon Locker will be processing all my deer from here out. Great job.

I brought my deer here by chance due to my usual processor closing shop. I could not have been happier with the staff and the finished product. I also purchased some pork patties and ground beef to try. Both were fantastic and I will certainly be buying more.

Julie is amazing. She worked with me to meet my family’s needs and stay within my budget. She has quality meat. We definitely will continue to get all our meat from her. I can’t thank her enough for all she did.

I've been purchasing meat from here for over 18yrs. Always satisfied 100%. They are now super busy and encountering delays. Why? Because everyone keeps saying how awesome they are. Now they have even more customers. I shouldn't be writing this review! My favorite hidden place is going to be even more swamped with new customers.

I hope customers that come to our business understand that when you get a half or whole beef, especially from a farmer, you need to ask what they feed it! What they are fed is how good or not good its going to taste! We do our beef 90% lean. If you want leaner then that then you must ask. We go out of our way to please our customers as best as we can. We do have rules that we have to follow so we can't always please everyone. Now if you're going to be rude and ignorant towards us we will ask you to leave as we have work to do. And yes the BUTCHER is a WOMAN! Julie is the butcher. Now all these rude comments are from people who we don't even recognize. If you were a one time customer and you're just used to something else that's fine. I happen to love our meat. I WILL NOT eat anything else. Thank you everyone who reads this! I love the work, and I love our friendly customers! Especially our deer hunters, I love deer season!

Have taken my deer here for over a decade and it is always a pleasant experience. Never have to worry about not getting my deer processed in a timely manner or the fear of them shorting half of it like Sages did and other lockers do.
Very reasonable prices and excellent quality work.

Very nice people. They gave us some bones for our dogs. Deer processing was reasonably priced and the packaging was great. We will be back!

Brought 3 deer here during the 2020 gun season. Excellent service, perfect wrapping/packaging, great burger mix. I'll be back this season.
