Wickstrom Ford Service

the people in the service apartment a very nice and they are trying their best job to get things right on the vehicles I Appreciate every everything they're doing.

- Wrong parts were installed (wrong fuses that fried my window switches and inner assemblies)
- Part installed improperly (oil pan cap forced on crooked and I had to replace whole pan)
- Trim pieces missing/not put back on

Wickstrom cost me thousands of dollars to have their errors fixed elsewhere. The front personnel are very polite, but it seems the mechanics either don't care to do their job properly or don't know how.

Wickstrom says they want to hear from you after you've had your car serviced, but when I sent a very detailed email to the Service Manager and General Manager, I did not hear back. My advice is to go somewhere else for service.

FOLLOW UP: I heard from Wickstrom after this review posted — they investigated, apologized, and gave me a refund (in the form of a check or credit--my choice). I chose to have a credit and have been back for other service since. My issue with them has been resolved and I'm glad to know they will support their service claims and fix errors.
