WindMill Grille & Pizzeria

Took 20 biker friends for dinner here and food was amazing, service outstanding, managers super accommodating, wide variety of food, large portions and great specialty desserts!! Don't pass this place by... Bet you've been close to here many times but didn't stop. Looks deceiving on the outside, very nice inside and cute bar area! Thanks for a great night!!

Surprisingly good, I really wasn't expecting it to be so good and large portions. For some reason I was picturing more of a greasy bar food before we arrived, but while there is a bar inside, there's also a full sit-down restaurant side.
You can sit in the bar area, in the dining room area, or they have tables out on the patio.
Close and free parking. The interior is designed well and looks to be up kept and clean. The waitress we had was really nice as well.
The food was delicious and cooked perfectly and had large portions for the dishes that we ordered.
They have daily specials on food and drinks. We will definitely be back again and also would like to try their pizza

The atmosphere is so welcoming.
Our server, Mina was so attentive and so helpful as my husband and I both have dietary issues.
I loved the shrimp Romano! I asked to leave out the herb butter and it was still bursting with flavor.
Also had a side salad that was fresh and crisp.
I can’t wait to return and try the pizza and other dishes
Lots of vegetarian options and it seems most dishes can be adjusted to meet dietary needs

Super friendly staff. Warm atmosphere. I had the cajun pasta and shared a pizza, the combination of flavors, the aroma, and the satisfaction it brings are simply amazing. Every bite is a burst of flavors. It's comfort food at its finest, and I can't resist indulging in it whenever I have the chance. If you're a fan of pasta and pizza like me, I'm sure you understand the joy they bring. Strongly recommend it and will definitely be back. Compliments to the entire establishment.

The transformation of this space from the previous business is amazing.

The restaurant is always clean. The food is always fresh. The bread is homemade daily.

My favorite is the great salad options here but their soup and Sammy specials are great too.

I've been enjoying their Aperol Spritz on the patio for a few perfect evenings with my husband.

The owners take great care of the space and their customers.

If you are looking for a nice clean patio with shade sails to enjoy your lunch or dinner, windmill Grille is a great option.

My husband and I visited WindMill Grille last Friday. It was our first time and I will definitely go again. We ordered a pizza to share and a couple beers. Everything was great. Our server was attentive. We ate on the patio, which was comfortable. Next time I will try something from the grille menu.

I ordered fish. Admittedly not the thing they specialize in but still tasty. I had a salad, the Mahi Mahi and the veggie (Asparagus) that came with it and felt full. I had a few bites of the wild rice (mostly white rice with some wild) that came with the fish. The portions are GENEROUS and the menu is extensive. The staff was helpful and attentive. My friend had the B'zz pizza and like it. They thought the fresh arugula was amazing. Another had a burger (not pictured). It was huge with a good portion of fries.

I went there on Sunday July 17th. I ordered chicken parmesan my daughter ordered the chicken vesuvio both dishes were incredibly phenomenal. The chicken is fresh not frozen you can taste the difference.
My server John was awesome very professional polite and the owner she walked around and asked how everything was. It's great to see people take pride in what they put out there.
I highly recommend this place if you're ever in Batavia. Or if you live the area please go there at least twice a month or more.

Highly recommend Windmill. They have good food at reasonable prices, with attentive and considerate service. There is something on the menu for everyone, including pizza. They also have weekday Happy Hour appetizer and drink specials, daily lunch specials, and a nice Sunday brunch. Overall, this is a great place!

Nice and bright atmosphere in the dining room. They bring warm bread and butter once you are seated. We ordered the steak special and were able to substitute asparagus for the mixed vegetables. It only came with 4 asparagus stalks. I would order an additional side of asparagus next time. Food was good. Loved our server. Young lady with dark hair. Very helpful and had good recommendations. For desert I tried the rice pudding. It was delicious. I was surprised it was served cold. I prefer hot rice pudding. But it was still yummy. We enjoyed going here for dinner and will be back.

This place was awesome. The chicken sandwich had a huge tender juicy chicken breast with just the right amount of spice. The hamburger was cooked to perfection. Full of flavor. Each sandwich came with a side. We chose the fries which were excellent.
The restaurant itself was beautifully decorated. The staff were friendly and very attentive. The restaurant took all precautions for Covid.

Today we had a Birthday celebration for 4 very special 19 year olds. We could not have asked for better service, food, atmosphere. Windmill Grill went above and beyond to make an already special day even more special. I’d give more stars if I could. A shout out to our server Nancy and the Chefs in the kitchen. Thank You!

Lunch at WindMill Grille was fantastic! Our server was waiting on so very many tables, but she was fast, attentive and friendly! The reuben was delicious (great fries!) and my daughter loved her pasta dish. Delicious berry mojito and a refreshing mule pulled it all together nicely! Super cute windmill/ Batavia decor. What a great addition to downtown!

This place is great! So many delicious items to choose from on the menu, I had a hard time trying to make a decision! I guess that means I'll have to come back, oh darn(I will be back). I decided to be basic and get the spaghetti and meatballs. It was SOOOOO delicious looking that I forgot to snap a picture before I started eating. Our table host was extremely attentive, friendly, and funny! This place is definitely worth a try if you're in the area!

Great food and friendly service. I personally like their burgers and fries. Desserts are yummy as well.

Love this place. My first time here, and they definitely left a good impression. I ordered the NASH chicken sandwich, and it was absolutely stunning. Their fries are well cooked and tasty as well. The bread and butter they give you while you wait is also delicious. I recommend 100%
