The staff at IDP are friendly, patient, and kind. The office is a restored Victorian house in downtown Barrington - it is a calm environment and you'll feel special whether there for a routine cleaning or dental procedures.

Wonderful people. My whole family has been seeing Dr Napalitano for over 10 years. They explain everything they are doing and go over a treatment plan on advanced.

We came to Innovative Dental Professionals for a third consult for our daughters. Both daughters had extreme overbites and spacing issues. Our oldest was nine at the time. We met Dr. Napolitano and after X-rays and evaluation we really liked his holistic approach working with facial characteristics and proper bite. His philosophy it to start treatment in widening and expanding the jaw while taking advantage of natural growth leading up to and through puberty. The results of our oldest daughter was amazing and we remain impressed with the treatment of our youngest. The staff is friendly and caring. I have started going there for my dental needs and have loved all my hygienists. I see Donna and she is thorough and passionate about her work. We highly recommend here for all your dental needs.

Fantastic practice! My family have been coming here for years for orthodontic work. After being told by another practice 4 teeth would have to be pulled so adult teeth would fit in my sons mouth we came here. Dr. Napolitano worked his magic and my sons smile is perfectly beautiful, with no teeth pulled. My daughter is in the final stages for braces and we are extremely pleased with the kind, caring professional service. Would recommend to anyone!

I love this practice. All my dental work and care has been provided by Innovative since I was in middle school. This has been my home for the last 10+yrs. I am never disappointment the staff is very knowledgeable and willing to educate as they work. I always feel well taken care of and when I have had a question or concern they do their best to accommodate my schedule and help fix my concerns. I don’t have anything negative to say about Innovative. They are caring and truly put their clients first. It feels like home when I walk in, I’m always leaving with a smile. Dr Napolitano and his staff are amazing! Always been so proactive and caring with me and my kids dental care for over 20 years. They take the time to get to know their patients and puts you at ease. It makes it easier on the kids when it comes to visit the dentist.

Their location is close to home. The clinic is cozy, clean and welcoming. You feel at home at once. The staff are very professional and warm. They take time to listen to your concerns. The service is explained before it is done so you are informed.You just don’t simply go home with a beautiful smile but know that your mouth is in good state. They go as far as doing a screen for oral Ca. They have state of the art equipments. Appointments are far from being missed as they send automatic reminders. Lastly, Dr. N is simply the best😘

Dr. Napolitano and his entire staff are incredible. Can’t recommend this team high enough. We were looking for the orthodontist when my son was 9 and we are so happy we found Innovative Dental Professional. Our first consultation with Dr. Napolitano and hygienist Donna demonstrated the professionalism and care that we have come to expect. They are very knowledgeable and they carefully approach and review each treatment to what is best for the patient. My son loves going to the dentist and I must say he learned so much from this dental practice on how to take care of his oral health.

Dr. Napolitano is not only extremely experienced, but also he is not pushy to get you buy any services that you don’t need. Donna, one of the hygienists, is extremely thorough. Our entire family come here for our dental care. We love the staff and the office.

The office is inviting as it is beautifully decorated, and there are complimentary snacks and drinks available. The staff is consistently friendly and professional. Dr. Napolitano is very personable and engages with me and my kids on a personal level. He invests in his clients in a way that not all doctors do. We are grateful for the pleasant attitudes and respectful service we receive at our visits!

I love this place. I'm a new patient and wasn't sure what to expect. I always thought I had sensitive gums and I ALWAYS need lidocaine (topical and injection) before any cleaning. Once I got to the office I was greeted like I was family :-). Everybody was so warm and kind. The hygienist Tina was very friendly and most importantly she had a gentle hand. This might be the only cleaning that I have ever had that I didn't tear up or cringed. Then after my cleaning Dr. Napolitano came in and did my evaluation. He was so nice, kind and warm. It really felt like I was hanging out with family. He told me I had some cavities but not to worry every would be okay. We scheduled my next appointment and I was out the door happy and content. It was definitely an amazing visit. Definitely switching dentist :-) :-)

Dr Napolitano has a wonderful chair side manner, very friendly and great with people. He is very thorough and knowledgeable in his specialty. Highly recommend!

I haven't been to the dentist in 8 years. I called around to see my options. I decided to go with Innovative Dental Professionals and I am so glad I did! Going to the dentist isn't my favorite thing but their office is so warm and inviting and the staff make it even better! They explain very detailed what they are doing so there are no surprises. They made sure I was doing okay throughout my visit. I had to have work done and didn't feel a thing. I am so happy I decided to come here.

Wonderful, friendly staff at this office. I am a 61 year old woman who always wanted to have my bottom teeth straightened and Dr. Napolitano worked with me to produce a beautiful new smile within a couple of years. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I discovered this absolutely amazing and brilliant dentist and his practice after a very bad experience with another local dentist. Not only is he the best dentist I've ever had who never takes short cuts but offers you the most advanced dental and state of the art options but I met the kindest and most genuine man who I now consider a dear friend. The entire practice team reflect his gentle nature and his authentic commitment to quality and service. I've had to have quite complex procedures and I've been treated with such sensitivity to my comfort, I'm always amazed at how they have thought of everything, from the pillow that fits perfectly to the cozy throw. While nobody looks forward to gong to the dentist, I do look forward to seeing my "dental family" in their beautifully restored Victorian House and I know I will always be well cared for.
