Seriously great customer service. Very helpful! I travel back and forth from Arkansas to Illinois a lot they have become my go to, very helpful and easy to get to. Decent selection and even up the nic from 3 to 6 if needed.

I’ve been going here for a little over a year now. Great juice at low prices with super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. I’ve recently started ordering juices over the phone and having them shipped to me (since i no longer live in new lenox, and the prices for juice where i live are RIDICULOUSLY HIGH) and the juices/ coils always arrive quickly and securely packaged. Love this place!

I am a truck driver. I have been to many vape shops across the country, and this one is by far, the best one I've been to. Not only is their staff friendly. Their juice variety is awesome. They are up to date on today's latest hardware, and if they don't have it, they will order it for you.

But besides all that, I had a little issue with purchases on my card. I instant messages the store on Facebook well after hours. The owner answered me right away, and fixed my problems. These guys are awesome! You have a customer for life!

Great staff, great product, juices are high quality, machines are just awesome an easy to use and they explain everything from head to toe on use of the machine and juice. If you like vaping, no question about it Vapor Cabin is the spot to go!! I'll be a weekly customer.

I stopped in to purchase an emergency coil replacement for my tank as I was driving through town and they had what I needed. I then asked if I could take a piece of paper towel with me. I figured I I could use it while I replace the coil in my car before I get back on the road. He said I could take what I needed but also said to just bring my mod in and use their station they have right inside the shop with a sink, roll of paper towels, and even hand soap for when you’re done.

Every time I stop in this shop, it has been a pleasant experience. Great place to get your vape needs with a nice quality selection of juice and components. Good people and a nice atmosphere. I highly recommend this shop!

Great group of guys. If u looking for a certain tank that they carry but are out of stock they do there best to get that exact tank delivered to their store within a few day and hold it for the person that wants to buy it. Also very very knowledgeable on what mods and tanks to help out with people that want to quit smoking cigs.

I resend my previous post, there was a misunderstanding and the owner of the shop PERSONALLY called me and made everything right. definitely top notch guys and they do actually sell thier products at fair prices. if you are into vaping they are a good shop and will do you right.

Great staff. Their ejuices are definitely NOT your gas station variety. I found several high quality juices at a very reasonable price, and they have a rewards program. All juice has a tester to try or you can bring your dripper.

They have mod boxes for moderate to advanced users. These seem to be kept in limited supply. Considering the technology changes almost on a weekly basis, that is understandable. This is the same for their sub-tank inventory. Arctic, Herakles and Magnus are thier top tanks at the moment. They also have a small selection of RDA's and RTA's and will special order stuff on request.

For a new vape shop, I think they have great potential.

This place is by far the best in the area mainly because of the staff i go just to hang out even and they treat ya like family. One huge thing is the testers which id say most shops such aa vaperz dont do which is so stupid becausw i have bought several juices i hated because they said it was good but no tester. Also there prices are the most reasonable in the area, no greedy dollar per ML for juices or $20-25 for crown coils like vaperz or happy daze. They also have on site mod fixing station which i havnt seen much either. The juices are high end popular great tasting juices for a decent price. They deffinitly know there atuff and are very passionate about what they do and usually every vape shop in the area has 1 or 2 employees that dont make you feel welcome or make you feel dumb because they know "everything" about vaping. Overall my favorite shop and ive been to every single one in the south burbs.

The guy working there took the time to go over my options and made sure I walked out of there knowing how to use my new vape/juice. I will be back!

Although I am a noob tothe thing they didn't make me feel inferior and have given me one of the most tastiest flavors that I have in my repertoir. They let me taste all of the flavors that I wanted they are very patient and very very helpful one of the better vape stores that I've been to

very helpful . . . let me try juices and the ones that didnt have my mg nic they helped fix befor i left. never had a place help put nic in my juices but i found that to be awesome. if you cant find the juice you want with nic in it id try this place.
