Dentistry on Orchard

My experience at Dentistry on Orchard was amazing. The practice was very clean and the customer service was spectacular. Dr. Alkhawaja and his team are very thorough and knowledgeable. They really care about their patients. Highly recommend!

This is one appt I look forward to. The staff to the doctors are amazing. They get to know you. Prices with ins and non insurance is affordable. There knowledgeable, efficient, kind,polite. They return your call back. There office is great. I feel like they keep getting better every visit. And I been seeing them for years. Definitely Referring my family. And everyone else.

This is by far the most accommodating, helpful, and kind practice. My sister could not complete the patient information packet.
I sent an email with all her information. Staff completed the forms for her prior to visit.

Dr. Alkhawaja did a full exam, X-rays, and provided us with a treatment plan. Best organized detailed Excel spreadsheet. It defined the priority of each service description, fee, discount, cost. We opted to enroll in the plan offered which is a better deal than her old insurance.

Her experience left her feeling confident in both the staff and Dr. Alkhawaja.

Everyone at the dentistry is very kind. They made me feel very comfortable from the first time I walked in. My dentist is very professional and was very clear about my procedure and dental plan. The office is neat and clean, you can tell just from walking in, they have high standards. My whole family attends this dentistry. I would highly recommend it.

The process of signing up for this office was very easy and they were able to give me appts that was convenient for my family and I. We received great care and service and they made sure to answer all of our questions. The waiting room is also very nice and not stuffy like most offices. They also have a tv on the ceiling for you to watch netflix while you get your cleaning done. I thought that was pretty cool. I definitely recommend this office to anyone that needs a dentist.

I have been a patient of the folks at Dentistry on Orchard for a couple of years now. They just do a super job each time I see them. Very professional, very friendly, very knowledgeable. Great support staff. The only problem is 5 stars are not enough. They are more like a 7 or 8. The two dentists are a husband and wife team. I have seen each of them on separate occasions. They each do a great job. I highly recommend Dentistry on Orchard.

This office is so beautiful but more importantly, the staff are the sweetest people around! They really make you feel at home and treat you with nothing but the up-most respect and total kindness. And that's just the reception staff! The dental assistants and the dentists are absolutely the best. They note everything. So, when you come in for your next visit, they can recall your last visit as though you just saw them the day prior. They even remember what chit chat you had with them, too! While you're in the dentist chair, they try to make you as comfortable as possible and they do a hell of a job doing so. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. Going to the dentist absolutely sucks but this office makes it such a good experience.

My first cleaning at Dr. Caryn's new office was a great experience. I watched the TV as she worked on my teeth. This made the time fly by smoothly. She is very detailed, gentle, professional, and accommodates to your needs. Her staff is friendly and welcoming. The facility is fantastic, very modern and clean. I highly recommend Dr. Caryn and Dr. Mustafa, and I will definitely continue my dental care with them. Congratulations to Dentistry on Orchard on their grand opening!

Outstanding professionalism, beautiful facility, and most importantly, they had the opportunity to max out the bill but they instead were completely honest. 10/10, I would heartily recommend and I normally hate dentists.

Awesome experience. My kids loved everyone there. My 3yr old started a battle but the team here won the war🎉🎉 Very pleased with Lasette. She scheduled our appointments in a timely manner, explained our treatment plans, and set up our next visit. Awesome customer service, 10/10 would recommend!

Great experience at Dentistry on Orchard! The entire staff is wonderful. Lissette in the main office is so kind and welcoming. I had a crown done with Dr Caryn Ayarzagoitia and she was so pleasant and gentle. I would recommend this office to all my family and friends.

First time visiting this office. It is easily accessible off I-88. Inviting atmosphere, neatly designed with attention to detail for patient’s comfort. Friendly and understanding doctors and staff, who treated me with respect and professionalism.

This was my first visit at Dentistry on Orchard and I was blown away by the amazing care I received. Not only was everyone professional , kind and caring but also have I never experienced such gentle and painless cleaning of my teeth. This office is highly recommended.

My family and I has been patients here since they opened the clinic and we have not had one bad experience. Dr. Mustafa & Dr. Caryn are the most genuine and talented doctors I have ever met. They are honest, dedicated and committed and do the best for their patients big and small by explaining every aspect of the treatment. The clinic is equipped with most advanced and up to date dental technology. Dentistry on orchard is definitely not your typical dentist office, it’s welcoming, comfortable, clean and super friendly staff. They definitely earned us as patients for life. I highly recommend this practice!!!

I chose Dentistry on Orchard based on the reviews posted. I am pleased to say that all the reviews are absolutely SPOT ON!!!!!!! I am totally pleased with this group and I highly recommend them!! The staff and doctor are wonderful, caring, and make you feel totally comfortable!!!!!!! The best of the best!

Where should I start with my review? About a month and a half ago one of my teeth crumbled in my mouth. I called my dentist on a Friday afternoon around 1 p.m., and he was gone for the weekend. I made at least 5 other calls to dentists in the area with no luck, until I made the call to Dentistry on Orchard. They got me in within the hour and saved my tooth without much work or losing it. Dr. Caryn is very personable, friendly, and caring; the whole staff is amazing. The best dental experience I've had in many years. I have been and will continue to refer them to everyone. She explains everything that she is doing and what she feels you need to have done. She can do everything in one place which I love, not sending me to other places for work to be done. My Huband went last week for the first time and he also is extremely happy with her and her staff.

I highly recommend them and can't say enough about them. Go if you are in need of a fantastic dental experience.

I was really afraid she change dentists after 25 years but I am pleasantly surprised by the talent I saw here! I had some not so fun decay on my teeth from braces twice and the dentist did a beyond expected job of repairing making look pristine. My teeth look great and I'm prepared to take care of them further! I was even impressed that I asked them to look into a few new products and give me their opinion and they actually did! This is my new dentist now.

The staff at dentistry on orchard was amazing. They were nice and friendly from the start. They ask questions about my dental health and that was the most thorough cleaning. I've ever had. Ten out of ten would definitely recommend.
