Za Za's Tavola Italiana

Great Italian spot and top notch service. Shot out to Kyle our waiter. The lobster Ravioli main course, the Formaggio for desert and cocktails. Finally, the water at the restaurant was just pure.

This is my wife's and my favorite restaurant to eat in this area. I tried a lot of things off their menu, and their food just left me speechless. They were all great!! From seafood to pasta, pizza, and desert. They are one of my top favorite restaurants ever. You have to try them out, and you'll find out.

This would be a good restaurant for us to visit in the future since we do not live too far. Food taste pretty good, and I like Italian food. 5 star.
We visit them at least once a year for anniversary. It is a special place.

We celebrated my mom’s 87th birthday and were treated like the most important guests in the restaurant. The host immediately recognized the occasion and at the end of our meal, sent 5 desserts to our table on the house! The food we ordered was all totally amazing. Highly recommend the braciole and the branzino! Just a wonderful experience and my mom felt so special.

We are new to the area and we're looking for a more upscale restaurant to go to. We visited zaza's on a whim and were blown away with the atmosphere, food and customer service. Lou, who is the restaurant manager was so attentive and came to our table and talked to us to tell us a bit more about the restaurant. We will definitely be back. Can't wait to work our way through the menu🙂

Great local spot near Lake Barrington Shores & Tower Lakes. Have eaten and drank many of times. Martinis (and any of there drinks) are of a higher quality level. Quality Italian Faire. Quality white table Service! Depending on what your looking for In Ambiance, they have various sections at this fine dining establishment. Looking forward to stopping by again, with friends & my Bride. Mangia & Cheers!

We were from out of town. Chicken Parmesan is my go to dish when ordering Italian food and Zsa Zsa hit a home run! Delicious! Very good Bruschetta, Bread and Desserts. Good service. Strongly recommend reservations. We had one and walked right in on a busy night. Total experience for 3 took a little over one hour.

I was blown away by the relaxing intimate atmosphere, service and the food! My chicken parmesan was perfect, the stella rose wine was delicious. This is certainly a place I will be coming back to!

Holy cow! We had an exceptional experience at Za Za's! The service was impeccable (something unusual these days), from the waiter Joe, to the very attentive customer service focused employees pouring water, clearing plates and checking coats! The drinks were some of the best we've had; gin and tonic, margarita and and a killer cabernet! All meals were a 10 out of 10; the specials (skate, pork chop, etc.) and the beet and arugula salad felt very farm to table (even in February). The dessert was far and away the greatest around; sweet potato bread pudding with pumpkin gelato...flourless chocolate cake was also killer! We can't wait to go back! You killed in Za Za's!!!

Would like to keep it a secret though.

My bf and I came here shortly after moving to the area. The service was good and the food was even better. You can taste that everything was made in house including the pasta. The atmosphere was great, but maybe a little bit loud for a date night.

Ordered for delivery and food was so good even delivered. My favorite dish was the lobster ravioli.

The ambiance is magical. Wait staff are all charming and thorough. I ordered something I typically would not get, our waiter assured me it was a good choice. He was right! Everything was delicious.

Best place ever! From food to atmosphere to friendly patrons! Come on a night with music and prepare to dance and chat! Oh, I forgot to mention the absolutely amazing staff! Wait staff, bar staff, assist staff, etc... Just tops! And very fun and friendly too. Yet professional! I know that does not sound possible, but come and see how these people pull it off! You're coming for the FOOD of course and it won't disappoint! In fact you could leave just after eating, never appreciate any of the other above mentioned valiants and still have had the most remarkable dining experience of your life.
