From start to finish, having our new kitchen floor installed by Marchio Tile and Carpet has been a great experience and we are extremely pleased with the results!

From meeting and talking with the owner, Kevin, who came out to give us the quote and answered all of our questions in a timely manner - to the install yesterday by Alex who was right on time, paid extreme attention to detail and got the job done beautifully!

We couldn’t be happier and love our new floor. We will definitely have Marchio’s come out to do other jobs for us in the future.

Marchio gave us a new tiled shower and tile floor in our LagoVista master bathroom, as well as a new tiled floor in the second bathroom. The results are absolutely beautiful; every detail is perfect.
This is an amazingly competent, honest, and reliable business who worked very hard to please us. Their work people take great pride in their work, ALWAYS showed up, and were incredibly respectful of our house, always careful to completely clean up at the end of each day's work. The owner, Kevin, and our project mgr., Jordan, are very knowledgeable and available, oversaw every detail of the job, and patiently guided us with our decisions.
Their pricing was very fair, and the quality of their work is EXCELLENT!
I will definitely use them again and definitely recommend them.

We had our floors done in March and are so happy with how everything turned out! The experience was positive from beginning to end. At the store, Jordan helped us decide which flooring to choose based on our needs and gave us different samples to bring home with us. He was there throughout the entire process and was knowledgeable on all of the products. Peter did an amazing job installing our floors. My step-dad is a carpenter and the first thing he commented on when he saw our new floors was how precise the cutting was on the quarter round in some tricky spots. Kevin (the owner) came out multiple times to check in on the progress of the project and to make sure that we were happy with everything. Overall, a great experience. We will definitely contact Marchio again for our future projects!

Wonderfully run store by Kevin and Phil. Fantastic and quick installation and very friendly. I will go back to this store for my next flooring project for sure. Highly recommend it if you're local to Lockport.

Customer service amazing. They worked with us we were limited on funds and how we can work out a payment before and then right before the job gets finished. Jordan was amazing very friendly and we definitely are going to use them again next year for our project. The men that came to put our floor down were amazing extremely nice. May they all continue to prosper in their business.

Everyone in the shop was so friendly. They let us take home a bunch of samples which made the decision making so much easier! Installation was on time, beautifully done and clean. We will be going back for more flooring after the Holidays! Always great to shop and buy local!

Marchio Tile and Carpet just installed carpet through our whole house. It was a huge project but Jordan was so supportive through the entire process. We used Marchio to carpet our stairs going to the basement. The whole experience was fantastic. They were so patient with me while I took a lot of time trying to choose a carpet I wanted. I revisited multiple times to try different samples. They were also able to order larger samples to help make our decision. The carpet came quickly and installation was quick as well. Unfortunately, there was a flaw in the carpet, but Marchio resolved the issue immediately. The company sent out new carpet to reinstall to replace the flawed carpet. Overall, we were very happy with our experience and would use them again in the future.

Thank you Kevin and his crew (especially Frank)at Marchio Tile. I love my new bath & hardwood floor in my master bedroom! It is gorgeous! Even though I changed the original plan mid demo, they jumped in and made the change without skipping a beat. It was a great experience from start to finish. They were careful to cover my existing floors with cardboard and/or plastic prevent excessive dust. Kevin always kept me informed as to which step was next in the process and coordinated the work done by the other trades. I felt very comfortable giving them keys to my house for times when I couldn’t be home.

I chose Marchio Tile to replace my flooring because of personal recommendations I received from friends. They did not disappoint. They have the perfect combination of exceptional customer service and impeccable installations. I installed three products: Carpet in bedrooms, luxury vinyl in bathrooms and RevWood in the remainder. I’m pleased with all the products and the installation. All renovations can be stressful but good customer service helps to smooth any bumps along the way. I will recommend Marchio 100%!

Our experience in dealing with Marchio's from start to finish with our flooring project was outstanding with everything. Phil, the estimator showed care and concern for the needed details to make sure the floor was done right and Alex the installer was perfect doing the install. We checked out two other companies before settling on Marchio's because of quality all around. You won't go wrong. Phil also followed up after the install to make sure everything was to our liking. They did not take a final payment until we were completely satisfied. How many companies truly do that.

Marchio installed a new carpet in our family room and it turned out great. This is our third time working with the team and all three times they made the process extremely easy and enjoyable. Their crews workmanship is outstanding and we have never had an issue.

We had our floors redone during the fall of 2020, and we couldn't be happier. We originally had carpet and went to Marchio for the product only, as they were the only ones in the area to carry it. After we began our flooring project, we saw that our original contractor did a quite unusual install, and this was going to require somebody professional. Marchio was able to send their reps out the same day and within a week we were able to have our new floors completed. Not only were they able to complete the project but they had fantastic ideas and the transition from old flooring to new was basically seamless. In addition, during these unprecedented times, they were completely professional and sanitary. Masks were worn and distance was considered and applied. I was looking for a very specific type of carpet and Marchio’s happened to carry it. It’s a zero VOC/latex carpet which is very hard to come by. Jordan came out and measured and then got to work on getting us an estimate. The carpet came quickly and was installed quickly as well. It’s beautiful and we are hoping it lasts for years to come. I’m very thankful to know that Marchio’s stands behind their products and says I can call if there are any issues even years down the road. I’m also very thankful to Jordan for all of his time and energy spent in making this happen for us.

No pressure but helpful Sales support followed by expert Installation made this a great buying experience. Phil was very knowledgeable in product and installation techniques. He helped guide us through the entire process. Alex our installer was the best. Flooring and trim looks great. Couldn't be happier with our choice of Mohawk and Marchio!

We are beyond thrilled with our experience with Marchio Tile & Carpet. We visited several tiling shops in the Chicagoland area, but found this local shop to be our favorite. We were instantly greeted upon arrival and treated like valued customers. The staff made us feel right at home by helping us find what we were looking for, getting to know us personally and even bringing samples up from the basement that we ended up purchasing.
