Dunkin'

The service here is amazing. Fast and super sweet employees, even on nights and weekends when its the younger crew. My coffees are made correct every single time, not like some Dunkins who can't read the mobile order label.

I been to this location 2 times Stanley was the cashier at the drive thru he has always been friendly

Ok. Not all locations are great but this one on 120 fabulous. The young girls here are efficient, helpful and warm. We stopped by on a Saturday afternoon instead of barely having any donuts at this hour was well stocked. Thanks so much for fresh and a tasty selection. As very affordable a dozen of donuts and love 31 flavors ice cream. Will definitely drive to your location for our munchies.

Everyone is nice and I usually get a Cappuccino Blast with Caramel and whip, NO CINNAMON on mine. But delicious none the less. My ex bestie got me into these. I miss her. Zoey if u see this, I miss you and love you!

Grateful for the kind service! Today I was a Dunkin in Island Lake and got a cold cup of coffee and very disappointed! I took a chance and stopped at a different location, the Dunkin in McHenry off of 120, to see if they would correct it and they did! I will be back to this location if I'm in the area! Thanks for your kind and friendly service!

Hailey, Kendall,Casey, Joanna are awesome. I came in with 6 of my friends and as we started ordering and each of them helped and worked as a team to take care of our orders. You don’t see that kind of customer service anymore. Usually everyone scatters away but 1 but they took care of us with all orders being correct in no time flat. Thanks guys very much

I needed a pick me up, so I stopped in where I was greeted by Kate or possibly Katie.... sorry if I didn’t get your name right! She was fantastic greeted me with a smile and I felt welcome, I get the same thing time and time again and there have been a few mix ups with my drinks in the past, however she nailed it!!! Just the way I like and I wasn’t disappointed at all, actually I was very surprised at just how tasty my drink of choice was this time around!! So thank you again you truly made my day and I will definitely be looking for her next time I’m in, makes my blast perfect!!!

I go about 2-3 times a week before work. The ladies that work the drive thru are quick, friendly and efficient. It can be very busy sometimes but I've always had prompt service. It always makes a bright start to my day!

Yesterday at about 9:14pm went to this location for a coffee the staff were nice and the coffee was well prepared. Thank you for the staff on shift. Happy holidays

I go in everyday and order the same thing everyday and they always have it ready and perfect for me. Both the owner and Jenny are incredibly and because of them I will continue to only go to this location.

I’ve always loved this Dunkin’ Donuts! They are always super busy, however they always get the job done! A few years back my daughter, who was 4 years old at the time, was caught cleaning up the tables for the staff. The manager came out and gave her a free doughnut! Was super cute!

One of the best Dunkin' locations I have ever visited! Sometimes they make a mistake, but they generally get my coffee order correct! :) The customer service is also very good. I highly recommend this location!!

Love them here.. I dont even live out here but I work in Mchenry and I'll wait to get my coffee here.. they are always so nice and friendly they get your coffee drink correct. Even when they are having technical difficulties you don't see them get flustered at all. I love this place

Got their maple bacon croissant sandwich, was super fresh and delicious the lady who took my order was awesome ! Will be back for the great customer service!

I love the everything bagel deal 2 for $4 is a great price and if I'm feeling hungry $1 more gets me a croissant. Best one in town.

2 lg. French vanilla ice coffees each with a turbo shot and 2 blueberry muffins! Very clean, nice and timely staff ! And AWESOME drinks and food!!!

Love their bacon egg and cheese crossaint. Great iced Chai tea as well. Quick and painless drive thru.

This is my new regular dunkin and I'm so happy. The coffee is always 100% and the manager is awesome.

Drive thru was way to busy as well as inside. Many people in line for just coffee left because the lines were way to long and very slow moving.

They are awesome no matter how many times you ask for your coffee to be remade they will until it's perfectly fine
