U.S. Bank Branch

The staff was very friendly and efficient. They got me in and out quickly and steered me away from cashiers checks and saved me $18. Usually people review organizations when they are dissatisfied, and there is plenty to be dissatisfied with in most banks. I think it is important to equally highlight good experiences.

Very friendly and helpful. Love the online app. Last time I was in Sameer took the time to show me how to deposit a check using the online app. Super helpful especially dealing with a broken arm. He was very helpful and patient. I found him to be very personable. Great staff never an issue.

I’m writing my second review about US bank in Fox Lake ,and again they have a wonderful customer service I couldn’t possibly imagine get better than this in any other bank ...Stephanie helped me with my credit card issue and she was more than great

Great place to do banking. Have a great staff that is willing to help with your financial needs. They have a wonderful team for planning financial future.

One of my favorite banks the customer service is really good the tellers are so friendly most of times I finish everything in no time

I've banked here for years and just recently had an issue with an overdraft and i went in and talked to the manager and she was a complete biiyachh. Very rude and not understanding at all. I will be closing my account very soon and taking my business elsewhere.

Horrible! Made an appointment online with Josh. We drive for 30 minutes to get here because they barely have any local branches to discuss a business account and he's not here. One banker at the whole branch and she's chatting it up about her personal issues. No point of setting up an appointment. Terrible customer service!!

Came in on Saturday to withdraw money and order checks. Only one teller doing the drive thru and walk-ins. Got tired of waiting and left. You seem to forget what is keeping you in business. YOUR CUSTOMERS! If you lose them another branch closes. Remember there are other banks in this town. Customer service goes a long way in keeping your bankers happy!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I waited over an hour to speak to a banker (I cant remember her name), but she is brunette, tall and wears glasses.
Poor customer service and couldn't answer my questions about my existing checking account and opening a new checking account. I had to go home and do a research myself online and was able to open a new checking account when i was told i couldnt do it due to the issues i had with the other account.However, the branch manager Maria and Lizette who I believe she's a teller were very nice.

I'm posting a one star only because they don't have anything lower than that. US Bank is the most incompetent bank I've ever dealt with and I've worked with a number over the years. They may have pretty low fees up front but you pay for it in slow bumbling service, stupid bank policies, hidden fees on fees. I will be taking my business elsewhere. This will be one of the first banks replaced by blockchain tech. Useless.

Came in to ask to open a business account and see the requirements and they couldn't answer my question the woman with glasses believe her name was Carolina something like that she was been rude telling me that I need to look that up in the usbank instead of here. I ask for a paper atleast where it says what will I need and she said no that she couldn't print me anything. Since I have to do that online, and she doesn't have any paper. Really UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE.

The branch itself is very nice and friendly. Nothing against this branch but their customer service is absolutely terrible. I had a problem finalizing a loan(they never sent the title of my car and lien release) and the customer service representative told me the state is sending me a duplicate. Waited a couple weeks and called back and they said no we dont do that take the lien release in and get a new title. You never gave me the title, so I guess I'll go buy one! Girl totally lied to me about them having the state sending me one and I need the title to sell the car. Never getting a loan again with them because if theres a problem-they dont take care of it. They push it onto you.

Would never tell anyone to bank here.. there was a fraud charge on my account they ended up with 5 k before the bank said yes fraud... had us bank for 30 yrs.. never again

Taking to much time for every customer, don't even care how many people's are in que, less staff ,every time vests 20 min. worthless
