FCA had a great selection and good prices. Pleasant experience from walking in the door to getting my new carpet installed! Kris, sales associate, was very helpful but had a wonderful take your time, no pressure attitude which I greatly appreciated. The installers were friendly, thorough and punctual. The room looks wonderful because of their skill.

This was the third purchase I made from them on vinyl plank flooring - all three were the same product as I changed out my entire first floor. Unfortunately when I was installing the last batch, there were a lot of defects in the material that caused gaps. They handled by issue promptly and replaced all of the material. I appreciate their service in resolving this issue.

Mike the salesman was wonderful, really knows his stuff. The installers were amazing. A dad and son team they were so professional, friendly and just great people. Was a fantastic experience I had. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Friendly staff, samples laid out in an easy way to view which is vastly superior to the home improvement stores, samples can be obtained immediately and a lot of stock on site. We had several rooms of carpet done here as well.

Courtney was wonderful, very courteous and helpful. She helped me get the right carpet and padding for my price point. She also personally worked with scheduling to get my install right away. Then she followed up with a call to ensure everything was done correctly and to my satisfaction. I highly recommend FCA and Courtney to anyone looking for a great deal on high quality carpet and professional installation.

Courtney was very helpful and a joy to work with. Thank you, Courtney! We love the carpet, it's perfect, exactly what we wanted for our bedrooms. Installation went well, finished in a few hours, and it looks great. Small complaint, they showed up over two hours early with no notification, luckily my husband was dressed!!! Also, they damaged the walls in several places. We have touch up paint and spackle so we were able to repair the damages .

Michael was great! He was very helpful and knowledgeable when I was in the store. The first time I was there I got carpet for our upstairs. Things went so smoothly that I decided to go back there for my basement floor. I called Michael and the next day he was at my house to measure. I had an incredible experience with this FCA. They were fast and courteous. Prices were fair. They were actual the third company I contacted after a terrible experience with a hardware store chain and then a television carpet company. They were the only company that was pleasant and easy to work with. I highly recommend.
