Don’t think twice about getting your car serviced at Warren auto. I had an excessive oil consumption test to be done at the dealership because of a recall but they found a leak and could not do it. Dealership quoted me $1300 for the repair where Andrew and his team did it within a day for $750. A month later I take my car back to dealership for same oil consumption test. A few days before I had a check engine light come on and my car could t accelerate well and was shaking. Since I was getting the oil consumption test done again, I asked dealership to take a look. They came back and say they can’t hook up to the computer board to tell me why my car is not accelerating properly and quoted me $1500 to replace it so they can find out what the problem was. Took it to Warren, within 15 minutes they told me it’s the ignition coil and spark plugs. Paid $300. Saved me almost $2k with excellent service. Could t be happier. They are honest and very reasonably priced. Great little shop

My car recently had a pretty bad coolant leak, a drop of coolant coming out once a second, took it here because it was recommended by my girlfriends mother, took my car there at 1:15pm, got a call at 2:30 giving me an invoice and telling me my radiator was cracked and needed replacing, immediately i thought "oh man they're gonna have to order the part and im gonna have to wait a couple days" but no! He told me it could be done around 5. I was so shocked that they had the part on hand. Very quick service, and a reasonable price.

We have both our vehicles repaired and serviced at Warren Auto. They do excellent work for a great price, but the main reason we always come back is their honesty. I wouldn't trust my vehicles to any other mechanic. Keep up the great work!

Andrew and Brian are the most HONEST and trustworthy Car guys I have ever met. After 25 years of owning (loving) cars and having met every kind of auto shop or mechanic...Warren Auto is a find I almost don't want to share...yes they are that good. We love them and would never trust another shop with our vehicles. They saved us thousands finding a serious hazard on a vehicle we we purchasing, are able to work on anything we give them and do so at a better rate for the quality than anyone else.

Brian and Andrew are the best. Their service is outstanding and when I need their advice about my car, they tell me exactly what needs to be done. When I drop off my car, Andrew has driven me home and then picked me back up when my car was ready. Fabulous way to treat a customer. Recently, when I had an unfortunate accident, I drove right to Warren Auto. Brian immediately took a look at my car and took care of the situation for me. I highly recommend Warren Auto for your car needs.

Incredible customer service. We were traveling through town when our trucks wheel bearing went out. My cousin, who lives in Lockport, recommended I call them. They not only squeezed our vehicle in, but they had us back on the road next day by 1pm. We had the truck towed to them Friday night at 7pm, by Saturday at 1pm we were off! I highly recommend you visit for all of your automotive needs!!!

I took my car in because the check engine light was on. They made the repairs and the engine light went off. 3 weeks later, the light came on again! The guys checked it out and they determined it was a new gas cap I purchased! These guys tested it for free and I really appreciate their honesty! They could have charged me for the testing and told me I had a different issue! They were totally honest and I can't tell you how happy I am! They have a lifelong customer now!

We had taken our van to several people to get it past emissions. After spending a crazy amount of money ,and no results my daughter told me about her friends experience. We gave them a shot. Not only did they find the real problem, but fixed it for less than half the price of anyone else.

Great place, clean and friendly people. My wife and I had the water pump go out in our car, not only did they fix it the right way, they also found a couple minor things wrong and fixed them also. Great service at a great price.

they are the most dependable honest and caring people! I am a senior citizen and have a very old van. They took thier time and not only found the exact problem saved me alot of money i did not have. I can not not express how greatfull i am and i would recommend them to anyone having car troubles. They take pride in thier work and care about the person also. I went in because my air-conditioning wasn't working, after waiting for just a little while, they called and told me what was wrong. They weren't trying to up sell me. Very honest and good mechanics.
