Dr. Tannenbaum is that priceless mixture of experience and compassion. He is clearly engaged and devoted to his profession and his clients. He always takes time to explain in layman's terms issues present and then will explore various options with you. Many dental offices nowadays seem to be businesses driven by profit. Dr. Tannenbaum on the other hand is driven by a desire to heal and improve the quality of your life. A good man!

Dr. Tannenbaum has been our family dentist for essentially my entire life, and we, as a collective, have never been disappointed in the work we have received. The other staff also care for us and treat us well, which is a huge bonus.

I've only been in once but I can tell they're all good people. Dr. Tannenbaum gave me real advice about my teeth and stuff that didn't make me feel like I was just a money sign to them. My teeth got cleaned and I even need a deep cleaning under my gums which we were going to schedule an a different day but they hygienist actually had time to take care of it that day due to a cancellation or something so we got it all done! I wish I remembered her name because she was also very sweet and gave me some great tips about using a water pik with flossing. I felt like such a dork because I forgot my insurance card but reception took care of all that for me so everything was super hassle free. The reason I had forgotten my insurance card was because I had just lost my wallet that morning. I brought $60 in cash which I happened to have in my dresser and so when it came time to pay my bill, even though I was $10 short, they didn't treat me like I was trying to tip them off. They totally understood and the whole value of service was just outstanding. After I got my card in the mail, I called the office to make the payment and Tina was just a delight over the phone. She helped me make my next appointment and she even helped me with some other insurance stuff because I also needed a referral for my wisdom teeth to be removed. Like I said, I've only been there once but the reason I went was because Grand Dentistry in Gurnee had really disappointed me after two visits and so I'm just really overall pleased with Boone Creek. They've given me faith in dentistry again and for that I will always be thankful!

I was very anxious for my first cavity filling. Dr. T put me at ease and explained every step of the process.

Love it here. It’s hard to find a dentist you feel comfortable going to. It’s small but that doesn’t matter.

I like Dr. T & his staff. I've been going there a couple years and he hasn't hurt my mouth yet.

Staff are kind and helpful, if sometimes a little rushed. Office is small but neat and clean. Maybe not the fanciest place in town but no complaints, will be there again in 6 months!

Nice office fun staff

I went here January, 2021 to get my front tooth repaired. So I gave the front desk my information including my insurance card. At the end of my visit I was told I only owed $79.00 and I left. A couple weeks later I get a bill for over $200 when I seen that I called the office and the receptionist said I don't know what happened that she would look into it. So to find out that I was still in my "waiting period" with my dental plan. If they would of done that correctly things would of been different. I have moved on. If the office staff isn't doing their job correctly and I'm getting bills I didn't expect I wasn't happy at at all. To make matters worse my front tooth the piece the Dr fixed is loose again so now I have to pay for something that before I had it fixed here it was fine for over 10 years. Just very disappointed with this whole situation here.

I've been going to Boone Creek for about 5 years. Quality has been declining. Not very friendly staff. They seen to forget that patients is why they have jobs. There is only one hygienist who has a queen bee attitude and if she is not working, difficult to get an appointment. I was told I'd have to wait maybe a year to get an appointment. Seriously??? I was beginning to question the quality of care. After a very snippy comment from hygienist during last visit, I decided I'd had enough. Just went to a new dentist and had a wonderful experience. Kicking myself for putting up with Boone Creek. Also, there were issues found with my teeth that should have been brought to my attention previously. I would not recommend Boone Creek.

The office is small, old, and frankly doesn't feel clean. The staff is friendly and the dentists seem knowledgeable. Have only had cleanings done to date, no major work. Best in the area that would take our DHMO. As a result we changed to a PPO and will be selecting a new dentist.

Wife was treated very very poorly by the front desk. No reason to speak down to people. Would highly recommend to seek another dentist office for work.
