Well i bought a bed from this place i thought the owner was an honest man went in paid cash. Robert said he gave me A GREAT DEAL!! My friend Nikki Austin told me not to do it this time i didn't listen and look what happened. So i paid him on Sep7 was told the bed would del Sep 9 well mind you i got rid of my bed thinking my new one would be here well it came Sept 15th now im on disability work part time i am the sole caretaker of my mother who has Dementia, rheumatoid arthritis, and cirrhosis of the liver and i don't have alot of money or time so please don't screw me around. Well low and behold not only did i wait for the bed the bed was torn as you can see in the pictures so i send a mesg to Robert that night telling him about the hole. His response ill replace the bed. Ok great now its Nov 2 and no word i send a message and on Nov 3 i see mr Clark on Facebook and he is ignoring me. I send a message letting him know i have spoken to a lawyer and i am going To the chamber of Commerce and the Better Business Bureau if I don't have a bed here soon in the next 5 days he said he hasn't gotten a truck of beds in yet that is why i have not herd from him ! WHAT IS ALL I COULD SAY. Then he tells me to have my lawyer call him and i can go right ahead and call The chamber of Commerce and the better Business bureau because they won't do anything and now instead of him delivering the bed I can go to the shop and pick up the bed because he will not be delivering it I will not be recommending anybody to use their services or purchase the bed there ever It's called Communication you just call your customer and let them know what's going on with the bed that's all I asked
