I’m not kidding, the two agents we worked with in person at this location probably saved our lives. For a week we were on the phone with 7 customer service agents, had been put on hold time after time, and had a GIANT mix up with our sim cards. This location was able to calmly and expertly guide us towards fixing our situation. I am very grateful for the way they took their time to understand the issue and help us transition to a better plan. Highly recommend if you need help with any of your phone line issues.

Isaac at this store was INCREDIBLE both over the phone and in person when my Samsung phone just went dark. He was friendly and helpful on the phone and was just the same in person. As a certified technician he was able to diagnose and reconfigure my phone to get it back to working order very quickly. I appreciated his patience and kindness as he worked on my phone. Been a T-Mobile customer for years and will continue to be based on my experiences over the years.

The T-Mobile team at this store was very welcoming and fun. We went in for the internet service and our expert Dan was sure to inform us of the promotion for a new tablet that we got our daughter for her Easter basket! Highly recommended store!!! Working in retail myself, I know how important good customer service is and we were definitely provided that!

Abigail Roy was very courteous and took the time to explain everything she did which made for a very pleasurable experience.
She made sure that we received the best plan for our needs. I would recommend this store at Peoria, IL, Grand Prairie for doing business with T-Mobile. Store could use a sit-down area for customers and reps to discuss services.

I wanted to switch from another carrier to T-Mobile. I used the website and for some reason it skipped a step. I went into the T-Mobile store on Grand Prairie Dr. I found this store very clean and easy to get to. The gentleman at the counter, Fredrick Stewart greeted me with a smile and was very helpful. He worked very hard on solving the issue with my account and getting switched over. Unfortunately, a step was missed from the online site so it did take 2 visits to the store to correct. Mr Stewart is the reason I decided to keep pursuing switching to T-Mobile. He worked very hard in solving the issue. I am now up and running on the service and it is all due to him.

My husband and I had a great experience switching to T-Mobile from Verizon a few days ago with Fred at this location! Fred and his trainee were very friendly and helpful. Fred is undoubtedly very knowledgeable and was very patient answering our questions. We are excited to be a part of the T-Mobile community and look forward to visiting this location in the near future! Thanks again, Fred!

I came in frustrated with Xfinity Mobile failing me with a replacement SIM since they turned me away to use their useless automated service. I walk into T Mobile and they hooked me up with a new device in under 30 min. I’ve been calling Xfinity Mobile for weeks only to waste time and money. I’m excited for my new T Mobile service :)

I was an AT&T customer for 10+ years and recently switched to T-Mobile. Trevor and Fred did a great job during the transition, my phone service has been great, and I am saving 25% / month vs AT&T and they got me new iPhones for the whole family. I recommend you look at T-Mobile if you have not switched :)

JT and Carlos went above and beyond to help me set up my hot spot for my laptop. Took over an hour to figure out the original sale of the product was incorrect with the device. They figured the issue and were pleasant the whole time. Great service at this location. Greatly appreciated!
