Always been perfect for me (even when I'm not...) It's clean here. The gate always works. Never had any water or moisture problems. I like it.

It is what it needed to be !

Nice clean 10x20 storage bay. The only things lacking are a 120V outlet to provide power to my battery maintainer. Also, there is a curb at the entrance, making it very hard to back my car into the unit, causing my rear tires to spin. It took 3 tries to get the car onto the unit.
The reasons I picked this facility is the security and cleanliness of the facility.

Very clean secure storage facility. Found the customer service representatives to be very helpful and kind. Four Stars!!! Would have texted Five Stars, but they don't take credit cards. That's a bit inconvenient.
